She did not make her payments. Ofcourse the bank would foreclose. What did she expect?

That triplex she bought in 1998 for $248,000 is probably worth $1 million now.
She is just sore at her own stupidity.

I read that earlier said she also refi'd to make updates to her triplex and to buy other properties to rent out.
Sounds like She fell for the same trap everyone else that was crazy enough to think their house was worth $500 when it was less then $150 2 years earlier.
I knew better, I didn't get screwed by anyone.

She got greedy and joined the pyramid scam of leveraging to the eyeballs to buy more property.
I don't feel sorry for her.
