What have you read about Marshall that shaped your views of him?
That he was the germ of the exploitation of the intestate commerce clause with Maryland v Mcculloch.
Considering that much of the damage caused by FDR was through the misuse of the this clause it seems paradoxical that you favor Marshall and see FDR for what he was.
The main interest I have in this is looking at the centralizing of government, and the pernicious effects it has on the individual citizens.
On a somewhat related note, what is your perspective on state nullification? and jury nullification?
You're talking about two different things bobby boy. One is concealed carry and the other is open carry. One can be legal and one can be banned.
So what? Other than making up for seriously undersized male anatomy by carrying a gun where people can see it makes no difference at all in your ability to use it. Or lack of ability which is the usual case. Most people carrying a pistol, including most cops, literally can't hit the broad side of a barn.
Ft Dwayne says carrying a gun in CA is banned period. He's an idiot. It's too bad he's so deranged he can't get a carry permit and feels his prospects of ever getting laid are gone. But it's certainly safer for everyone in his community that way. So instead he spends his days and nights ranting about imaginary injustices (bush did more damage to the constitution than any president in history, liberal or conservative, with reagan and fdr tied for second) done to him by "liberals".

- 1st amendment when others disagree with them. PC culture will do all they can to squash disagreement and ban religion even.
- 2nd amendment because they want only government Storm Troopers and Stalinists to have guns, fuck average people.
- 4th amendment when they want to search and see what others have.
- 5th amendment - because as socialists they love to redistribute other peoples stuff.
- 6th amendment when non black person shoots black person, it's instant public lynching and conviction if liberals had it their way.
- 10th amendment - liberals hate states rights when they disagree with their own views of homosexuality.
If I spend more time, I can probably find cases where liberals assault the rest of the rights as well.
