She should sue the state for
- violation of the First Amendment
- false arrest
- endangering her children
- inflicting emotional trauma on her an her children
A few million dollars goes a long way to correcting the behavior of the state.

You'ins don't know how people in South Carolina are.
We're talking about a State that went into three months of mourning, after their Governor banged a hot mistress on a Mexican beach somewhere.
It's refreshing to know that things haven't changed since I grew up in Western SC. Except back then if you slung "Fuck" and "Shit" around in public, someone would have just asked you to mind your manners. And if you whined about being dissed, you would have found your self at the receiving end of a humbling experience.

The streets of South Carolina were a little safer on Sunday night after a mom-of-two was arrested for allegedly swearing at her kids inside a North Augusta grocery store.
Danielle Wolf told WJBF she recently moved to the area and was shopping with her husband and children when her husband kept placing heavy items on top of the bread in their cart. She was then approached by a fellow shopper who accused her of directing the f-word at her kids.
“I’m like, ‘When did I say this to my kids?’ She’s like, ‘You told that they were smashing the bread,’†Danielle explained. “I said, ‘No, I said that to my husband, that he was smashing the bread by throwing the frozen pizzas on top of it.’â€
The situation then escalated to a pretty ridiculous level as a North Augusta Department of Public Safety officer came over and arrested Danielle.
“He was like, ‘You’re under arrest.’ Right in front of kids, in front of my husband, in front of customers,†she recalled. “I didn’t harm nobody. I didn’t hurt nobody. The lady said she was having a bad day. So, because you’re having a bad day you’re going to ruin somebody’s life.â€
According to the incident report, she was handcuffed and taken to the police station where she was charged with disorderly conduct for publicly uttering “while in a state of anger, in the presence of another, any bawdy, lewd or obscene words or epithets.â€
Another witness said Danielle swore at the woman who confronted her, but that woman has since apologized to Danielle for the way things ended up, WJBF reports. Danielle is due in court on Sept. 12.
