I have never gotten peoples acceptance of local government over a central government. Who cares at that point who's in charge, when you're talking about the same country?

I think it would be much easier and better with out City or Country government, they are only there to fuck you over, just when you thought you didn't owe the State or the Federal Government anything.

You Arizonians have been stealing our businesses, tourists, productive people, investments, and in return exporting welfare recipients, illegals and what not.
Same with Texas, Nevada Washington. Yet the world's billionaires and brains come to California. :)

Not sure how Pennsylvania as a state, would look to sure up their books, by taking control over harrisburg? Harrisburg is bankrupt from the huge mess they got themselves in attempting to bring their incinerator up to 21st century technology. How can that benefit the state?
