yes indeed Californians! are feeling:

1) Cheated

2) like a sucker

3) hate everyone around you ie. Californians

Have no where to direct your angst?

NO PROBLEMO!

Just blame Arizona! You can blame Arizona for all your problems. It's a state filled with IGNORANCE, REDNECKS, POVERTY, RACISM, BARBARISM, and LICENSIOUSNESS of ALL KINDS. Arizona real estate is WORTHLESS! They have no saline solution in their general vicinity! No bacon avocado. No famous people with adopted ethiopian children. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. WHY THE HELL DO PEOPLE EVEN LIVE THERE? WHY CANT wE JUST BISNM]MB THE GOD DAMB PLAE AND STP PEOPE GOING THER!!!!??????

KILL ARIZONA TODAY so we can all feel better.

I think most of us Californians are too busy hating on the people around us in our own state to worry about Arizona. Only the illegals and their families here worry about what's going on to the east of us.

true but some think a solution to this problem of neighbor hatred is to blame Arizona.

Yeah but why worry about what we think of Arizona? Aren't Arizona's own residents some of the unhappiest people with their own state?

Phoenix: Canary in the (Non-judicial foreclosure) Coal Mine or Isolated Incident in the Desert?
The June Redfin numbers for Phoenix are not all that pretty as it looks like the market is turning (which is a couple months early compared to the typical fall slow down).
Median price is down 2.4% month-to-month (still positive year-to- year at +1.5%) . Median price per sq.ft. is also down 1.8% month-to-month (still positive at 4.9% year-to-year). Inventory continues to build and is up 61.9% year-to-year (up 10.5% month-to-month).
