I'll say it again. LEOs will beat,maim or kill someone that will cause a family member go postal.
A question to the cops. Who do you think will be the recipient of
the anger?

If this criminal doesn't get tried, the family of the victim should just beat him until he's paralyzed so that he can never hurt anyone again.
