This is fake outrage from fake news source. It's perfectly OK to spy on foreign leaders. I would say it's stupid not to spy on foreign leaders. Especially on corrupt fucks like Schroeder. The dude accepted a cushy job at Gazprom's pipeline subsidiary mere 3 month after signing agreement to build Nordstream pipeline as a Chancellor.
