There's socially unacceptable,(We used to call Uncool) behavior, then there's outright dangerous veiled threats.
I don't care how big of an asshole some one was being in a text message, but threats should be addressed.
Without exposing your socially unaccepted text message.
Was it in context to

A) Nice house you get there be ashamed if someone burned it down.
or was it more along the lines of
B) Get your faggity black ass off my property!

42 countries in sub–Saharan Africa. There is no direct translation for the word "maintenance".
There is little to no working infrastructure, like the railroads that is maintained.
It's a cultural pattern they are working on.
Lack of two parent homes probably don't help in the US. Dad's tend to do the maintenance

Some black people do have morals and integrity. How did they achieve that?
