The entire warfare and spy industry has been ripping off the American taxpayers since WII ended and the cold war began. Since the cold war ended, it's gotten exponentially worse.

This is exactly why we need to cut military spending by 90% to 95% immediately. Only when there is little to eat will the food not go to waste.
