How can you pass meaningful laws against racial profiling, if a private citizen can be accused of racial profiling, due to political opinion?
Do they plan on practicing this meaningful law, against blacks that profile creepy ass crackers?

What is "racial profiling?" The practice of substituting skin color for evidence as grounds for suspicion.

So racial profiling describes affirmative action. Utilizing black skin color to assume disadvantage and eligibility for affirmative action.

Somewhat facetiously, targeting a blonde in a bar because you believe all blondes are easy, would be racial profiling.
