The sad thing is that there are people who will pay that much money for that shit.

I can't for the life of me figure out why anybody living in 2012 would want to live in a house that (attempts to) look like a palace from the 1600s. It's not like the owners are wearing morning dress and driving around in a horse-drawn carriage. Usually they're driving BMWs and wearing designer hoodies (or poorly fitting suits on the east coast).
