I recently saw a house over the weekend. Liked the house very much.
It was little below the average price of the area. I realized that the house is
going to get multiple offer so I tried to contact seller's agent directly
to do dual representation. I thought since he is getting double commission
he will try to work out a deal. The guy was a bastard. I think few other buyers
approached him and asked for dual representation. He agree to work with
me but didn't send me the contract. He kept on delaying saying he has family
emergency, etc and was working with other buyer in background. Offer was
due today and he kept me waiting. I was under the impression he will send
contract any minute but I was so naive..

Is it possible to make a complain about this guy any where ? I have email conversation.
In one email when I asked him if he is working with more than one buyer he said "I
would never do that"... bastard.

ALL REALTORS ARE SCUMBAGS.

On public forum ? Kidding right.

Is there any agency to complain ?

Not kidding!

If you're telling the truth, or even just giving your opinion, you totally have the right to speak in public and no one can do a thing about it. First amendment.

The agencies are run for the benefit of the agents, not us, but you could try complaining to the CA dept of real estate:

They lie, get used to it, what's the big deal if they was writing up the contract with someone else instead. Go look at the listings, I see things like must finance with BOA only, if paying cash outright, you must have proof of the cash.

They wrote the contracts up just as quick during the run up in RE, everyone from contractors to builders, to realtors, to bankers, to flippers, and sellers, they all laughed all the way to the bank, why would anything have changed.

If they aren't giving you the service that you are asking for, then look for another house and tell them to forget it, and that they suck as a realtor.

The department of real estate will not care about customer service issues, particurarly since there is no consideration or $$.

However, the one that will/might care will be the agents broker house, coldwell banker or whatever. I'm sure the district manager will take the feedback more seriously as they are in the business of providing service and service feedback will loop back to people that matters.
