Who doesn't know this?

This is the entire video of the George Floyd arrest. I don't think it was admitted into evidence, which would explain why Chauvin is in jail.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gQYMBALDXc

I don't see why Carlson has to say anything, the video has been out for years.

Ooops, I should have embedded this:

original link

To embed a Rumble video here, you have to click the embed link, and then select and copy "Embed IFRAME URL" link. Post that, and it will be embedded. I have tried to get @Patrick to talk to me about using just the link itself to embed it, but he won't respond to me when I harass him about it. I have a solution - HOWEVER, it requires that there be a connection made to Rumble to extract the embed link.

Many of us already knew the truth about Saint George Floyd. But here's the thing; there are innocent police officers languishing away in prison over this false evidence. What is going to be done about that?

While many innocent protestors of Jan. 6th. continue to remain in the gulag awaiting 'trial.'

Do we even have a justice system left in this country?

If you have ever been entangled in it, you would realize it's not a justice system, it is a dispute taxation system and the excess taxation is the goal, not justice. Those who can pay the highest dispute taxes tend to win. If you have no money or can't represent potential money to a lawyer, you are simply disposed of in any way they see fit, justice be hanged.
9   PeopleUnited   2023 Oct 21, 10:20am

It’s actually worse than “the highest bidder wins” described above. There is also a hidden force working behind the scenes to insure the court rules in favor of the narrative/globalists. The globalists are pushing a narrative of racism that has no basis in reality i might add, but to “prove” their narrative the officers at the scene that day need to be found guilty. Money had little to do with it, the fix was in from the moment the globalists realized this incident could be capitalized on to further their false yet popular narrative.

Also, Chauvin is a dick and the camera doesn’t lie about that. He seemed to enjoy being the big boss man and he let the crowd distract him. He was set up to fail, but he did fail. He should have known better than to behave that way. In my book he was horribly wrong, and should not be a law enforcement officer, but the sentence was a joke/doesn’t fit the crime or make any sense considering previous precedent.

Although what Chauvin did was "horribly wrong in your book," Chauvin was performing a tactic that was officially taught in training by the Minneapolis Police Academy. As the autopsy proved, beyond any shadow of doubt, Floyd did not die from being 'choked' by Chauvin, but rather, because of his drug abuse lifestyle, along with having heart disease. Also, the autopsy revealed that Floyd had a fatal amount of fentanyl, along with methamphetamine in his body.

Many law enforcement officers often, over time, develop an attitude with criminals because of what they have to deal with on a daily basis. I don't doubt that Minneapolis is a very tough place to be a cop.

The biggest mistake that was made that day, IMO, is that after they had Floyd secured in the back of the police vehicle, they let him out because he was claiming that he was 'claustrophobic.' That the other officers were fired, and charged with criminal behavior, is further proof of our insane, lawless society. Obviously, they were all charged, including Chauvin, in an effort to placate the mob so that they wouldn't burn the entire city down.

True, but bucks are heavily involved as well. There is no money to be made in a criminal conviction, but plenty of money to be made defending the guilty. For example, the OJ Simpson murder case. His criminal defiance lawyers make bank for their exact skill of getting the guilty to beat the rap. Now if OJ was not guilty in the criminal trial. how could he be guilty in a civil trial? Because there are big bucks to be made by lawyers in suing the rich, therefore, no rules with applying double jeopardy here.

17   RayAmerica   2023 Oct 21, 5:44pm

I agree 100% with Ellison's prediction in the interview that, preceding the election, probably in the summer of 2024, another George Floyd event will take place and that the media will of course blow it all out of proportion.

@Patrick - Currently, I have a Perl script (that can be re-written in another language), that connects to the Rumble URL, and pulls out the embed URL by parsing the page, from there I construct the embedded code.

It requires you to connect to the Rumble page, but it only takes a second (which I admit is eternity on a computer), but it works.
20   Patrick   2023 Oct 21, 7:03pm

@richwicks Does it have a regular expression which finds the embed link? That's what I really need. Calling perl from node is suboptimal, though possible.

@Patrick, yes it does!

It doesn't have to be perl. Here, let me see if I can just produce that piece of code. This might take me a few tries (i.e. edits).

sub extract_rumble
{
    my ($url, $getdl) = @_;

    my $embed = "";
    my $dl = "";
    my $unique = "";

    foreach my $l (`wget -O - \"$url\" 2>&1`)
    {
        chomp ($l);
        # embedUrl":"https://rumble.com/embed/vn2oua/
        if ($l =~ /\,\"embedUrl\"\:\"https*:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/([^\/]+)\/\"/)
        {
            my ($bit) = $1;

            $embed  = "            $embed .= " src=\"https://rumble.com/embed/${bit}/?pub=4\"";
            $embed .= " frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen>";

            $dl = "https://rumble.com/embed/${bit}/" if ($getdl);
        }
    }

    if ($url =~ /^.*\/([^\/]+)$/)
    {
        $unique = $1;
        $unique =~ s/\.[^\.]+$//;
    }

    return ($embed, $dl, $unique);
}

Something like that - that's a little messed up, I'll keep trying to fix it. I have to call out to "wget" which retrieves the webpage. "wget" is VERY STANDARD on Linux.

What I should do, is explain the process. Basically, I'm downloading the webpage into a buffer, I look for "embedUrl:SOMETHING", the SOMETHING is the embed URL, then I turn that into embedded link.

I'll write it up, annotate the hell out of it, and email it to you. Converting it to another language should be pretty easy, the regular expression (although it looks complicated), isn't.

His tactic was justified to begin with for a short period of time, but he took it too far, was not watching the man in his custody and they kept leaning on him about two minutes after he died before realizing something was wrong. That is horrible, brutal and wildly irresponsible.

Have you seen the bodycam footage? Floyd was resisting arrest and out of control, because he was drugged out of his mind.

The biggest mistake that was made that day, IMO, is that after they had Floyd secured in the back of the police vehicle,

They never got him fully into the car. Floyd outweighed Chauvin, and each of the other cops, by around 100 POUNDS. Not everyone knows what a physical altercation with someone that much bigger than you is like. Once Chauvin gained control his training and common sense told him to maintain it. He got on his radio and requested expedited medical response, I think right around when Floyd relaxed into his overdose. Chauvin wasn't being a dick, he was behaving calmly and professionally. His response was near perfect and I wonder what effect seeing and knowing that has had on cops across the country.
28   RWSGFY   2023 Oct 22, 11:50am

How is this news? It was all known before the trial yet the jury convicted Chauvin. I heard one criminal defence lawyer once saying that even with bombproof, rock-solid defence of somebody innocence there is only 50% chance at best to ge acquitted at jury trial. (This was said in context of discussion of self-defense with deadly weapon).

Even that's not accurate! It's George Perry Floyd Jr. as per the wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Floyd . "George Floyd" without the "Jr." part presumably identifies his father.

How much were the police distracted by the hostile crowd? In that kind of situation and with that kind of crowd, the police are fearing for their life.

I agree with previous poster that the police's biggest mistake was allowing Floyd out of the police vehicle. Open the other side of the vehicle and pull Floyd fully in; close both doors. Allowing Floyd out of the vehicle might bring calm to a reasonable arrestee, but nothing is going to calm a drug-induced rage.

Experts have testified under oath that he did die while under Chauvins knee. That is why he is,was on trial. The circumstances were unfair, but Chauvin was more worried about the crowd than the fact his prisoner stopped breathing. That is his mistake. He should not have allowed the crowd to distract him.

Dismissing the clear fact that George died under Derek and the other officers knees. Nice.

This is not the first time officers knelt on a drug user until they died. https://www.wftv.com/news/deep-viral/youre-gonna-kill-me-body-cameras-show-mans-death-at-hands-of-dallas-cops/972034712/

Free Derek Chauvin NOW… (along with the rest of the officers that were prosecuted and convicted of crimes they didn't commit).

This won’t come as a shock to you, but nearly everything you were told about the George Floyd case and the conviction of police officer Derek Chauvin was a lie. Newly released court documents now confirm that George Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose, not from asphyxiation.

In other words, George Floyd was not murdered.

Why would any reasonable person decide to fight it out with a bunch of popos on the street even if you believe the arrest is not legal? You still gonna get arrested and dragged to jail simply because the numbers are against you. Why do it hard way if the outcome is ultimately the same? Fight it in court, duh.

In other words, George Floyd was not murdered.

George died under the knees of three officers and they stayed on top of him for two minutes after he died. He said he could not breath. The witnesses said that George was in distress. Whether he was murdered or died of an overdose, we know for certain that the police did nothing to prevent his death. If anything their actions guaranteed the end result.

Everyone made mistakes that day. George passed a fake bill and was on illicit drugs. Then he refused to stay in the car when arrested. Prior to that, the business owner never should have called the police to begin with. They accepted a fake bill, it was their mistake to accept it in the first place.

The police should have just put the cuffs on him and let him lie or stand until the ambulance comes. Even if he runs he is not going to get far.

The crowd should have shut up and let the police do their job. They distracted the cops so much they sat on a dead man for over 2 minutes.

The ambulance was late. Why did that take so long, maybe they wanted a false flag.
