Trump just tweeted it.

My god. Laughable. What total chaos there is in the White House.

Wow ... look how fast the Times is.

Well, to be fair, Reince probably told the NYT that he was going to resign, so the times had someone watching that twitter feed with the story half written.
J/k. I sincerely hope that the leaks continue. God, please let them continue. Someone should write some code to analyze twitter to see if journalists are sad tonight and tomorrow. They know if the fountain has been plugged, and their mood should be a giveaway.

Reince, lather, repeat.

I never liked his pick for chief of staff. Guy was a swamp monster for sure. I almost wonder if he was chosen to remove an obstacle from the RNC, but I'm sure there's more to it than that. He was supposed to secure GOP votes for the repeal and replace fiasco, but didn't deliver thanks to McCain and Murkowski going full retard Leftist.

Kelly is a better choice but honestly he was doing well in his job as homeland security secretary. I hope someone as competent can be found to fill that vacancy.

I'm enjoying the drama!

6   Booger   2017 Jul 28, 7:13pm

Trump is famous for firing people. This is to be expected. If you work for him, just keep the moving truck idling in the driveway. I never liked Rinsed Penis anyway.

A lot of Trump fans are underestimating the damage he is doing.
This will become a series of unfortunate precedents:
- the level of lying and disconnect from reality that is deemed acceptable from a politician.
- the level of conflict of interests
- the blatant disregard of any moral imperative.

Watch other politicians emulate this crap in the future.
Even impeaching him now, unless there is a damn good reason, would leave a country bordering civil war based on the level of intense division and hatred for the other side.

I don't see how this country could go back to the probity and moral rectitude that marked its origins. It's more likely to split, or fall into dictatorship at this point.

If you put the negative press aside, he's actually doing a lot of good, reversing Obama edicts that take the country off course or cripple major industries. He's rounding up criminal aliens left and right, shutting down criminal networks and gangs, cracking down on pedophile rings, and finding cost savings in the budget that's been already passed by shutting down unnecessary departments and expenditures. He's making common sense decisions that fly in the face of SJW sacred cows and keeping the establishment constantly off balance. In short, he's doing al he can do with his job as chief executive! Unfortunately, Congress is still a swamp of fucktards and asshats, so pretty much nothing is crossing his desk to sign.

Yup. methinks the press and the swamp things are scared of losing their power and hence are fighting back so viciously. How many chief of staff did Obama have? As far lying, blah, blah-You like your doctor, you can keep your doctor and the same for plan. He denied the iRS scandal, he lied about not knowing hilalry's server issue. Those are big whoppers-MSM never cares. they have one last chance to right themselves, before becoming like the national enquirer.

He single handedly gutted TPP and is renegotiating NAFTA. No focus on change of staff-dumdums. The followers repeating their parroted line since day1 -LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

George Will wrote an article saying that Trump is the President that America didn't know it needed. The article was about how Congress will take back the power that has been claimed for the Presidency by various Presidents over the years. I don't really see that, at least not yet. Trump has been failing, but Congress has been failing too. They have put the Russia bill forward. That was something. Also, some Republicans have stood in the way of his agenda on health care. Congress is standing by Sessions, and will prevent Trump from firing Sessions and then Mueller. But that's hardly taking power back, that's just not caving in to a coup. Perhaps Congress will start taking power back, but they need to start acting better themselves before doing so. We'll see how the power balance tilts from here on.

Keep it up till 2020. So repubs who have been running a repeal and replace of the disaster called Obamacare for 7 years could not do what they promised for 7 years-they did send a repeal bill to Obam for what 20 or what is 60times? That is avoiding a coup in the dems world?

Firing a DOJ that he appointed is now a coup? Plead the 5th Lorretta is just fine and dandy?? lets just call it a matter not an investigation. The AG is an appointed position and not elected-he even has the power to appoint one in recess I believe for a year bypassing congress. Removing an elected official-like what the dems are trying to do to Trump is a coup. keep doing what you guys are doing.

Trump won because of the irrationality and the SJWisation of the left and looks like you guys are doubling down on crazy.

I wonder who Trump will put in to head the DHS now.

14   anonymous   2017 Jul 29, 10:05am

The Trumpcucks attempts at rationalizing support for the nonsense, is hurting my brain.

However, it would be nice to see focus directed back at Con-gress and their 11% approval rating. The people loathe congress, rightfully so. They just can't seem to figure out why. I'm hopeful that the masses come to terms with reality, and admit that it's all the Republican policy that our Republican government have thrusted on us over the years. And then change course

Oh how about Jeff Sessions he would be freaking awesome at that job!
In way more ways than 10.

He would be Promoted to a senior level that he is now, with every bit of the authority to prosecute wrong doing. Along with all of the Authority Sessions recused himself from.
Trump would be free to put in a Dew Man in for us, and put all of this nonsense and ugliness behind us.

100% Legal
and every bit Optically Political
Just like this whole Russian hysteriagation has been.
But legal in every way.

Wtf?

I don't know what you are talking about regarding the coup. This has nothing to do with what I meant. However, it is clear the Republicans only sent the bill to Obama, because they were trying to make a political point without coming up with workable legislation. Even their final vote only got as many votes as it did, because the people who were voting yes were assured that it would not become law (that the house would send it back to conference).

Trump can fire whoever he wants as long as it doesn't blatantly interfere with the investigation into his relationship with Russia. Nobody cares that he fires Priebus or Spicer. They did care that he fired Comey, and that ended up causing the appointment of Mueller. If he fires Sessions, Rosenstein, and Mueller, and keeps interfering with every investigation, he will by trying to blatantly avoid the rule of law. If people let him get away with it, it might as well be a coup. In any case, Congress will not let him get away with it.

There's a reasonable chance that Trump does fire Sessions, Rosenstein, and Mueller. Then Congress will probably impeach him and / or create legislation to create a new Special Prosecutor. Alex Jones may then really start calling for a civil war. That could get interesting.

Twist turn-you democrats are fun. Obama never even allowed a special prosecutor on the iRS scandal, there needs to be one appointed one right now. This Russia hoax is going to end badly for the dems. Now Fusion GPs that produced the dossier has been exposed as also having done work for the Russians. Not to mention the unmasking for political purposes-allegedly. There is more smoke there than Russia-lets investigate. This is going to end badly. trump sought to be the big man and move forward, but you guys keep pushing on this fake Russia-wait till you get a pitbull special prosecutor on Lynch, the email servers and leaker in chief Comey.

Lynch pleaded the 5th-now the AG pleads the 5th and you guys -like I said keep at it till 2020 please.

What you are witnessing is the swamp draining.
The only way Trump can drain the swamp is to hire the lizards out of swampland then fire them. Presto! Swamp draining.
It's called 4 dimensional planning.
Or did you think Trump could just fire anybody in sight?

Trump has been above the fray letting this Russiagate fraud piss on his boots for eight months, but Democrats refuse to let it go. He should fight fire with fire and appoint some investigators to look into Lynch and the Clinton's and anyone else driving this stupid Russia hoax. Eight months and still no results! No hint of wrongdoing by Trump! No collusion or even a whiff of it! Horrible optics for Democrats who keep beating this dead horse to a pulp.

The only way he can do one thing is by doing the opposite?

You could by the way say that about anything he would do, and that proves it is a blatant rationalization.

The democrats that control the house and senate doing investigations? The appointee of GWB as United States Attorney ( then nominated by bush for 4th Circiut but blocked by the democratic gov of maryland ) who was then nominated by trump as deputy attorney general that appointed Mueller? Those democrats? Reality doesn't mean much to you does it?
