It only took Obamacare a full year of lobbying, study, change, etc. ... before it was "rushed" through. Ha.

It will be called Ryan Care, so Trump can avoid the damage. Ryan won't be hurt by it. The Dems can call it the Ryan Doesn't Care plan, which is fitting, because he is from Wisconsin - home of the Badgers. Turns out, he's a honey badger.

This bill won't pass. It's a GOPelite wish list that even the GOP can't unite around. It's basically an illustration of how completely dysfunctional and unprepared the Republicans were to do anything constructive about Obamacare. They're going to flounder for a while and then ask Trump for a bill. Then he will have all the parties sit down and hash out a solution that nobody is happy with but can live with and vote for without losing their constituents' support. It's going to be an ugly process, but then again it's an ugly problem with no clear solution.
Better control of immigration can allow better control of resources.

This is just Ryan and the GOPe saving Obamney care for the Healthcare Middlemen. If it passes, all the good shit for them remains, except now the Middlemen get to pocket the non-covered penalty instead of the Government. If it doesn't pass, then Obamneycare survives for longer.
It's not going to pass.

so, basically it's about bragging rights. The republicans will come up with something that as bad or worse, or if they're lucky about the same as the ACA, but the important thing is that they get to say that they were the ones to reform health care.

This healthcare bill is something else. It is packed with political suicide for the GOP. I'm smiling but it is sickening in the knowledge of the amazing tax cuts for the wealthy, along with the deep removal of coverage for the poor. No death panels needed. This actually will kill people. That's not hyperbole.
