Flippers trying to sell this place since Dec/12. What a bunch of idiots. My guess is everytime the bank does an appraisal the price comes up way shy of the asking. Where are all the cash buyers now? Market seems like a joke to me. Lots of lies being sold to the potential buyers. Be careful out there.

Did you research this one during recess?

I have been in that house, it's pretty big but chopped up in some very strange ways.

The three car garage used to have car elevators to hold six cars for a previous owner, but I think they took them out since.

For the area, that price is not too off the mark, I wonder if it has title issues or aging problems.

Hey Tat, What's your point???... Oh, that's right, you don't have one...

Let me explain it for you. RFHTC most recently claimed he was a 14 year old kid. I was making a funny because most 14 year old kids aren't posting open houses on Patrick.net.

The point was to make other posters have a chuckle.

I can hear the belly laughs now. Try again, I think you failed badly.

I can see lots of trolls have nothing better to do around here. Tell me then trolls, why is this house not being bought up by the lineup of Asians all-cash buyers? Don't try your deflection Scientology techniques around here, answer the damn question or levitate in front of witnesses.

There must be something very wrong with it other than color and price, because that area is very desirable and pricey. That lot is huge and so is the house. I'm guessing that streets on three sides might bring the price down a little, but maybe there are foundation issue or other major problems.

Yes, it has to be something along them lines. Looks like each time it goes "Pending" it eventually comes back on the market. Maybe haunted. ;)

Wow. Where I am , I can get a similar house for 300k-even under it. I am not seeing that much of a difference in salaries to justify the price difference. Now ok, I got 6 inches of snow yesterday -but 200k difference for that maybe-not a million??

Welcome to the largest collection of greed ever witnessed on the planet. All living in the SFBA. You should try shopping at Costco around here, it is a full on war when two carts can't fit down the same isle. If you show any weakness you will get run over.

Another 4 months have gone by and this house still sits idle. The market is on fire folks. I got all the numbers from NAR to prove it.

There are homes that sell within hours. You can't pick the worst case and apply it to the whole market.

It looks like someone really put in a lot of effort to make it look nice and failed miserably. Who wants to pay a jacked up price for someone's decorating nightmare?

The cash buyers probably noticed it's $300K over the median price for this area.

It's maybe too far away from anything for the foreign buyers?

So NAR says. This is not the worst by any means. According to all the bulls this house should have sold in minutes. It speaks of the true state of affairs out there. Nothing is moving - no buyers...
