I own a house in northern OC (yorba linda). Inventory is lower than a year ago. Prices are way up, and interest rates are also higher. I feel people will be less house crazy this year, but prices will still go up some. Affordability is much less than it was a year ago.
What do you guys think about housing prices in northern orange county?
