oversized McMansions
I always wondered what the appeal of that place was. Giant, expensive houses but no outside privacy.
If I spend that much on a house I expect my mistresses to be able to sunbathe nude without worrying about being ogled by the neighbor kid.

Probably actually not now. More like 40% based on the recent run-up in prices around here. Oh well. Keep paying into entitlement programs.
A few months ago there was about 3 houses for sale in this 1%er subdivision. Seems like everyone is heading for the exits. I bike around this area and it amazes me how many of these oversized McMansions are empty. Not even window treatments. Lots of trees fell for these beautiful homes and for no good reason besides sitting idle. Sad to see.
