This home is located at the edge of an ocean of very similar homes. I guess you could call them "row houses" for lack of a better description. It was part of a large development that had as much character as t a strip mall. From what I could tell, it is something like the Archstone of homes for sale. It looked a lot like those fancy apartment buildings. It was neither the nicest of the similar developments around it nor the crappiest. Right in the middle.

This house has lots of levels. You walk in the front door into a living room that is a little small. Up from there is the second floor where you have a combined space for dining area, den and kitchen. Up from there is a very nice level with three bedrooms and two baths. The rooms are nice sized and well layer out. Keep walking up the stairs and you arrive in the loft. It is a bit of a hike up, but a very nice space. It could be a game room and office or a gym. There was a half bath in the loft. I liked the open space up there.

Down from the front door, you find a laundry room and the two car garage. Out of the garage door, you see many similar homes to yours. Minimal parking on the street. You would need to be highly mobile and have no problem with stairs to enjoy living in this place. I think all the levels would make it feel like the home was large and like you could enjoy privacy when you need it.
