Well Whoopty freaking Doo!
I had to pay 3k to Portfolio recovery, that started out as 300 debt from 2001 before I could buy in 2010. I'm pretty sure at the time Collections and Judgments had to be paid, before they would lend me money then. I don't understand, what's exactly changed?
