Anyone have a list of their favorites?

Patrick.net of course tops the list...

OC Housing blog has somw interesting data

DoctorHousingBubble.com is getting too biased.

I think he has become eternally bearish.. And I know for a fact that he censors comments that he doesnt like on his blog. Skewing the comments section toward a Housing Bear Love Fest... Atleast Patrick allows debate... The Dr. Is scared of the bulls opinions. I am sure he reads Patrick.net so i thought I would call him out here.

Dr. Housing Bubble is the best. Not only does he painstakingly dissect the idiocy spewed by the Money People and the NAR and the government, he backs up all of his statements with good hard annotated economic evidence.

His theory is that without good jobs and dependable income, there will be no housing resurgence. People pay housing costs with earned income.

His dissection of Shadow Inventory is especially illuminating.

You want to argue that this kind of economic analysis is "biased"? Really? Let's hear your rebuttal, we're waiting.

(Awww, did he skittle some half assed post you put up?)

Seattlebubble is a good source of info
I think realestate is getting closer to being "local" again.
Patrick.net has good macro level info, but if you're not in the bay area you need to seek another source for local news.

We're doing our best with this one. http://bayarearealestatetrends.com, and we would really like a few more Bay Area contributors.

And, if you were walking about the Irvine Housing Blog, when you mentioned OC, Larry now has his own site http://ochousingnews.com/ that is doing pretty well so far.

Never Trust Realtors says

The original, ahead of the curve, the housing bubble blog.

Yeah... Ben Jones was one of the first and still does a great job every day. I'm surprised he doesn't get more attention.

I've always liked CR, his graphs are used by News Outlets sometimes. But I think he called the bottom too soon.

The Long Beach (California) Housing Bubble Blog was hilarious. I hope he goes back to updating it regularly; I loved reading it.

Naked Capitalism. Not a housing blog per se, but Yves Smith is remarkably good at finding where the bodies are buried. I have a lot more sympathy for progressive economics after following it for a while. That said, the recent rise in the number of NC guest bloggers is disturbing because some of them are clearly off-their-rocker conspiracy theorists.
