Burbed's Most Expensive Zip Codes in NorCal series is complete with publication of today's last entry in the six-part series. This is based on Forbes' 500 Most Expensive Zip Code article, which was published back in September.

Each zip features the most expensive house available (either when Forbes went to press, or from what was still out there). Plus lots of fun finding all the mistakes Forbes made and still hasn't fixed. And this year, they managed to screw up every single listing with a really stupid data error.

One major change from last year: the number of California (north and south) zips has been reduced from 270 to 179. I'm not sure they were playing fair with the data, either, I think Forbes found that fact rather inconvenient. One data change they admit to making was including townhouses and condos in the median list price. You can guess what happened: the more urban the zip, the lower its numbers got.

Which zips made the list, and which were rudely evicted? At what point do these areas no longer get to stay in the Real Bay Area?
