It's not going to be as popular with video game players as others.
Doctors may be reading MRIs and CAT scans with them, others videoconferencing with them, others video editing, architects designing and other uses I can't think of.

Did not Microsoft have a virtual room type app they hyped for the Windows 10 release way back when? That was supposed to where be a group of people at various locations could all see the same virtual room with 3D displays of what they were working on. That did not seem to catch on.
Hololens. It's used in military applications really. It's also tremendously expensive.

No to argue this too much, but Apple is simply twice as expensive as any competitor and gives you no real advantage in terms of productivity.

No wonder he could barely afford that beat up old domestic robot Rosie.
The world of the future is a little sinister. In one of the cross over episodes between the Jetson's and the Flintstones, you discover that none of the family knew was "grass" was because presumably, the Earth's ecosystem had largely if not entirely been destroyed. That's why all their homes were in the clouds, the ground was deadly.
That is a bit dark for two lighthearted comedies that basically satirized 1960s working class life.

The goggles are not really expensive compared to previous Apple products.
The original 128K Macintosh cost $7,000 in today's dollars.
