marcus saysWho says crime doesn't pay ?
What crime?
Who says shooting people dead, when you definitely didn't need to, doesn't pay ?
Who says shooting people dead, when you definitely didn't need to
And yes, he was beating the fuck out of Zimmerman.

When a stranger that you don't know tries to detain you, presumably with threats as to what will happen if you try to keep going, what are you supposed to do ?
If he reacted with something like "fuck off," and then Zimmerman grabbed him as he continued walking, then of course a fight ensued. Does that seem far fetched to you ? Given that we know Zimmerman approached him while armed with the intention of detaining him ? And also given what we know from other Zimmerman stories ?
it's pretty clear you like to speculate to bolster your argument.

You can't convict somebody of murder if you're not sure it was intentional.
MY question is this. When Zimmerman decided to go against what he was told by the dispatcher, to follow and or confront Martin what was his plan ? Since he was armed, what did he think would happen if a problem arose, and why did he think it was his place to do that ?
I'm not arguing that Zimmerman should be retried or that he should be in prison. I'm just saying that his story seems highly unlikely to me. And I don't believe it. I think he basically got away with murder.
Perhaps Martin had agreed to distribute for him and owed him money, and threatened him in some way, relative to his reputation as fake community cop ? OR perhaps Martin was taking heat for robberies and Zimmerman was afraid Martin was going to give him up if interrogated about the robberies?
Why are you still arguing the point that the police dispatcher told Zimmerman not to do something?
