El Paso is a very nice city - extremely low violent crime, nice nature (Franklin Mountains), not infested by progressives (other than insane pseudo-Hispanic Beto, who in reality is from a rich and powerful Anglo family), family-friendly culture, etc. It was even nicer 30 years ago when 16-21 yr old kids from there went to party in Ciudad Juarez on weekends (no real age restrictions for drinking, and was safe at that time).
Having said that, only a brain-dead "librul" can say that El Paso is "diverse" unless "diverse" means 80+% Mexican American.

Diverse = non-white. So when businesses say they are all about hiring diversity, they are trumpeting their desire to hire non-white folk.
