Well look I have to drink an ounce off the top of each bottle. I work in Amazon shipping and it's in my job requirement just before packaging that I test each unit sold for freshness, poisons, that sort of thing. Man what a bunch of whiny customers! Think about having to down 7 servings each time, and the effect all this fiber is having on me.

That would be hard to do since the product is actually a powder. You mix it into drinks. I put it into fruit smoothies.

The ounces are weight ounces.

Sure YOU do it that way Mister Fancy Pants. But I got quotas to make and a million packages flashing by. I just slug about an ounce of powder straight into my mouth. If I have trouble swallowing it I chase it with some Red Bull.
