Their shouldn't be any grains on that plate. Mammals are not meant to consume large quantities of grain. Grass seed products are blood sugar spiking, minimal nutrient, artery inflaming poisons.

Double the veggies instead.

What spikes your blood sugar and have little nutritional value are grain products with everything processed out except for the starch. Brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat are whole grains and we should eat more of that. Whole grains contain lots of nutrients and fiber.

The plate really should say "Whole Grains" which contain the husk and the germ instead of "grains" to avoid confusion.
