For those who like to defend the bankers bonuses now, please argue your case.

They are the people that print the money that we work for. It's a disgusting system.

What have they really done for the economy in terms of adding value?

These scum sucking vultures have added their excrement and left scraps in the economy for all the "little people" who toil as these scum sucking vultures enrich their bloated rotten bellies. That's the "value" that these leeches have added.

They get bonuses for being in "the club." Are you in "the club?" If you have to ask the question, you most certainly aren't. They prop each other up through corporate welfare programs, insider trading, sweetheart deals with politicians they have purchased, and belonging to the right country clubs that don't allow the rabble in (except to clean and serve drinks, for minumum wage, of course).

They are the worst of parasites and they suck the life out of our economy.

One thing that the parasites should remember. Parasites almost always die with the host. Our country is a walking diseased shell that is pumped full of steroids and prodded with tazers to keep it alive while these parasites feed to their heart's content. At some point, the sick body will die leaving a husk that will encapsulate these scum sucking parasites as they writhe in the grips of death from having killed their host.

The only solution to get rid of these parasites is to poison them and cut off their food supply. We must excise the areas of our collective economic body that are infested with these parasites and toss them in a blast furnace until they are completely destroyed so that they may never infect us again.

Our collective economic body is on life support and dying fast. If we don't act soon, there will be no hope and we will perish.

@Apoclayse,

I see your getting a bit more tame than in the past. I agree with this part especially:

>The executives should be arrested for fraud, convicted...

More Americans should be protesting the pact that this isn't happening more, except so many are caught up with bashing Obama...
and watch American Idol or NASCAR.

The best part about this, is watching all this continuing flood of "cheap money" used to fuel acquisitions. If there's one lesson learned from Too Big To Fail, it's that it WORKS baby. So all the banks who behaved in such slipshod fashion, have used the opportunity to get even bigger and embed themselves further into our flesh. If there were any "free market" all the megabanks would be DEAD and gone. We should have at least made a condition of the bailouts the immediate breakup of the megabanks. Missed opportunity that will not come again unless it's at the end of pitchforks.

The dumber thing is all of the millions of Americans who think we have a free market system.

APOCALYPSEFUCK says

The executives should be arrested for fraud, convicted, stuffed into wedding dresses and shipped off to supermax prisons to provide, respectively, brides and snacks for neonazi serial killers and cannibals.

Delightful! Oh... wait... will there be soylent red for the conservative cannibals, and soylent green for the liberals? Otherwise there *could* be some hurt feelings!

on a certain level it is "free market". It's just not everywhere.

Large corporate monopolies, public unions, corrupt politicians..... all of those deter the free market in many areas.

This story is ou t... there is little punishment for bankers who were a major cause of this mess:

After the S&L crisis there were over 1,000 convictions!

The lack of convictions in a much bigger disaster is disgusting.

Lady Justice must have been sent to Gitmo.
