This is the kind of evil people who do this crap here. From the article below TLDR version:

"The charges stem from allegations that Gramajo-Reyes persuaded two unaccompanied alien children to travel from Guatemala to the United States with prospects of opportunity, only to require them to work long hours of physical labor after arriving in Idaho. The other charges stem from allegations that Gramajo-Reyes employed numerous illegal aliens at his business."

-------
I used to tell people, foreigners hire illegal foreigners. Very widespread in small business. See owner who is foreigner, guaranteed employees are illegals of same nationality. Their countries have no rules, and they dont care much for ours.

During covid lot of businesses closed bcs there were no workers. Seen 3 restaurants, few pharmacies... closed. Many reduced hours, many took loss to keep running. Even now almost all backend restaurant people are south americans.

So usa needed people. When govt giving free $ lot of lowest paying people stopped working.

Usa can kick out illegals who has done crime.

Keep in mind that many times govt encentavized to bring people in bcs there was need.
Govt created programs to get nurses from Phillipines, farm workers from south america. Its not for charity, its being done because of need.
Brought slaves for farming cotton etc, Chinese for railroad...

There was time usa was giving free land to Europeans with full criminal record if they literally brought whore with them :) usa was penal colony for british n French.

No, this was never true. The US never needed people.

It's all about wages. At high enough wages, there are plenty of Americans willing to work. But not at the wages criminal aliens are willing to take.

Every illegal is a criminal, because they have already committed the crimes of entering illegally and violating labor laws.

Higher wage translate to higher cost of service n product leading Higher inflation. Most people are not willing to pay higher cost. Typically Republicans always fought to keep minimum wage low.

That’s 1860. Today is 2026. Illegals today are criminals, people hiring them are criminals. They weren’t invited, they were told not to come.

Higher wages have different effects on the different classes.

Poor people who get more money usually spend it right away, which is very good for lots of businesses. Raising wages at the low end makes the whole economy work better.

Rich people who get more money generally just save it. Doesn't help the economy as much as the poor people who are actually spending more.

In the short term, lowering wages boosts profits, but it ultimately cannibalizes the whole economy because all the workers are poor.
In the long term, raising wages creates more disposable income that can be used to support businesses, and boosts profits better.

It's recursive, so tricky to think about.

There was no welfare, SNAP, Medicaid, SBA loans, 30 year mortgages, or anything else for immigrants to grift back in the 1860s. They busted their asses and either made it or gave up and went back home - repatriation was up to 50%, depended on how much of a shithole the mother country was. Irish immigrants during the potato famine stuck it out here because going back was a death sentance.

No politician we vote cares about the economy or the country...those type of politicians have gone extinct, all over the world. The problem is democracy without accountability...the system has stopped working...the system needs changes...but the fat fox is guarding the coop.
