A top Dutch government official has admitted that the Covid was a “military operation” and revealed that her nation was taking orders from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) during the pandemic.

Dutch Health Minister Fleur Agema has revealed that the “military operation” was led by NATO and the Netherlands’ National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism (NCTV).

The NCTV is a Dutch government agency that serves the country’s national security.

During a speech in the Dutch parliament, Agema acknowledged in parliament that the Dutch pandemic policy is taking place “under the direction of National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism (NCTV) and Defense.”

She noted that the government responded to the pandemic by complying with “NATO obligations”.

In doing so, she confirmed the pandemic policy was a “coup d’état” by the NCTV.

Prominent Dutch doctor Els van Veen says she finally understands what happened to her, and other critical doctors, during the corona crisis:

“It was a military operation, the Minister of Health obeys NATO and NCTV,” Dr. van Veen said in a post on X. ...

In a post on X, Woo researcher Cees van den Bos responded to the admission, arguing that the pandemic was a “coup d’etat.”

He characterized the NCTV as a puppet of NATO.

“This country will only be free if the NCTV is completely abolished and these kinds of shadow governments never get a foothold again,” he said.

“This is the biggest obstacle that stands in the way of a democracy,” he said. ...

“This was not allowed to be said for four years. That was a conspiracy theory.

“I appreciate the honesty of the minister, that this is being admitted and that he was not in charge.”

The admission from Agema also supports allegations made by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. about the production of the Covid mRNA vaccines in the U.S.

According to Kennedy, this was a military operation, with close involvement of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and the military-industrial complex.

Both technologies (military and mRNA lipid nanoparticles) are ineffective against the presupposed threats. No missile shield can protect against supersonic missiles and saturation attacks by drones, and the vaccines certainly don’t stop anything, if there was any pathogen that could be stopped.

The mRNA vaccines are super cheap to make, and the Deep State owns the patents. They are sold at the highest price that any country is able to pay, in US dollars of course, and the Deep State has insinuated that it makes bioweapons from which the only protection is their vaccines. Classic.

The mRNA vaccines are now propagandized as permanently needed for population health, just as armament protection from “totalitarian states” is propagandized to be permanently needed. Dr. Risch then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in cancer epidemiology at the University of Washington in Seattle. In 1991 Dr. Risch moved to Yale School of Public Health where he became a professor of epidemiology. DR. HARVEY RISCH: Well thank you, It's great to be with you and with all the viewers. I'm going to title my remarks tonight as Three Years to Flatten the Earth. And I say that kind of sarcastically.

We've been fighting a war for the last 3 years. And this war has taken on many fronts. Of course, we're fighting a war against this, this infection, but we're also, we've also been fighting a war against health, a war against the public, a war against information, a war against speech, and a war against truth.

So I'm going to describe the pandemic in one easy to understand sentence.

NIH[1] and the Department of Defense funded dangerous, prohibited gain-of-function virus research, the engineered virus escaped from the lab, the DOD claimed that it was a bioweapon and it seized control to assert military not public health management of the pandemic, then DOD covered up the cause of the pandemic, suppressed early treatments, and forced this toxic, weakly effective vaccine, so-called vaccine, onto the population as a wartime countermeasure, not, it's not as a treatment, and without informed consent, and then hundreds of thousands of Americans subsequently died or got injured a result.

So that's the sentence. Now let me expand on that a little bit.

So here we have NIH and the Department of Defense, the DOD is working through its agency called DARPA[2] which is a major research agency within the Department of Defense. They funneled more than 60 million dollars to the Wuhan Institute of Virology through the EcoHealth Alliance. We've all heard this, it's all been in the public media as far as we know. And what they did is all written out in a project called Project Defuse, D-E-F-U-S-E. If you Google that you'll get a link to the protocol and you can read it and it says exactly how they did the gain-of-function research to make these viruses become human infective and, and toxic.[3]

OK. And if you also— these, these groups published two scientific medical research papers in 2015, 2016 under the first author Menachery, M-E-N-A-C-H-E-R-Y.[4] And if— you don't have to worry about the technical parts of the papers, just go back to the acknowledgment sections, the paragraphs at the end of the papers, where they say that even though these were done during the period that this research was prohibited by the government, they still nevertheless did it under approval of NIH.

And we don't know if Dr. Fauci actually signed off on it or somebody at his direction signed off on it, but these were approved by NIH during the time that this was not allowed, not, not proper allowed.

OK. So then, this was an engineered virus. And we know it's an engineered virus because there's a long artificial strand of the genetic code of the virus that's so long that it could not have happened by chance and does not exist in any other organism among more than 100,000 organisms that are in in NIH searchable data base. It exists only in one other place and that is in a patent for Moderna from 2017. There's no way that a patent sequence that's so long could not occur by chance ends up in a virus unless it was engineered.

OK. And the function that that stretch did is, it gave the virus the ability to infect human lung cells. And that's what, that's what's called gain-of-function, when you promote an organism to be able to be more toxic or more infectious. And so that's what it was.

Then they claimed this was a bioweapon. Now there's various different definitions of bioweapons and this because it causes human harm could be construed as a bioweapon, but they militarized it, took the control away from public health, and that means that every action that has gone on underneath what we think of as all a regulatory, all captured regulatory agencies and government, really was underneath the control of the Department of Defense. And so we have to be paying attention to who is really controlling the narrative in this, and it wasn't even necessarily the government agencies that we think of as the villains, that there's a level above that, which is the Department of Defense.

And then they covered all this up. They covered up the origin of the virus, and they did that, we know that because of the so-called proximal origins paper[5] that was published early, in February of 2020, that was orchestrated by Tony Fauci and a number of virologists who had expressed the understanding that this was an engineered virus, to say, no, it wasn't engineered, it came from an animal transmission to human and could not have possibly been engineered, and so on, and this was of course a coverup for the origin that was required. And Dr. Robert Redfield, who was head of the, Director of the CDC in that period, has testified to Congress about this. And they covered this up because of what I refer to as the state-controlled media and the state-controlled social media and the pharma-captured FDA, all of this was covered up.

They covered up and suppressed the efficacy of the early treatments like hydroxychloriquine and ivermectin and steroids, as we heard, vitamin D, and so on. These treatments absolutely provide significant, substantial benefit for keeping covid patients out of the hospital and from dying. And the information on this is definitive. I've written a number of reports on this. The original papers are all in public domain, and it's easy to understand if you take the time to go through this.

OK. Then they called these vaccines countermeasures. When you're giving military countermeasures, informed consent is not needed. Government approval is not needed. The fact that the FDA approved these things has basically been a show to create a fear for the public, to make it look like there was some semblance of normal medical function, when in fact these vaccines could have been inflicted on the population. Informed consent is not needed, and individual consent is not needed, and approval is not needed, none of this is needed under military countermeasures.

So we have to address, how much of everything we've observed was theater? Was it theater for the
doctors on the review panels? Was it theater for all of us who were the victims of all this? We have to be asking those questions.

OK. And then, when it came down to actually using these vaccines, so-called vaccines, we even know already that they did not work to do what they were supposed to do, which is to reduce transmission, because the CDC even came out on August 11th of last year saying that the vaccine, the primary series, does not control transmission, does not control spread, and the boosters only work transiently and their benefit wanes.

And for me as a public health person, anything that's transient and wanes is not a sustained public health benefit.

So here we have it. We trusted scientists and the regulatory agencies who made a series of very bad decisions. Those decisions backfired. And the people involved both covered up their incompetence
as well as believed that the outbreak was so bad that they had to rush with their supported cronies, the pharma industry, the vaccine industry, to push out a damaging product to the entire world in order to protect from what they themselves created through their incompetence.

And the basis of knowledge of what these would do was reflected perfectly in Debra Birx's famous statement about the vaccines, we hoped they would work. That was her degree of evidence.[6]

And so because all of this incompetence and malfeasance, hundreds of thousands of Americans died unnecessarily, and hundreds of thousands more were appreciably damaged, their health, they lost their health. And this was done to cover up the technically brilliant but commonsense incompetence of the elite agencies and researchers who did this.

So what we learned from this is that naive people, and I include myself in that, who believed the ideals of our American civilization, that even if our country is imperfect, we strive, we strive for equality, we strive for human rights, and we strive for increasing standard of living, and we found that in fact we're just another corrupt banana republic just like all the others around the world.

And I ask, where's our Congress been through all of this? OK. There's been only one person in all of the Congress who has stood up reliably to push back on this and where he couldn't push back, only to document what he could, and that's Senator Ron Johnson.[7]

So where's everybody else? Where's— are they bought off by pharma PAC[8] money? or are they being threatened by the Department of Defense? Is Congress being threatened by the DOD? Is the FDA being threatened by the DOD? Is CDC being threatened by DOD? Where, where are these forces coming from?

We really have a government that's been running amok, and even the new congressional investigations that we've been watching for the last week or longer, they really seemed like theater, not like prosecution. OK. This is a big problem. There's no point in doing a January 6th theater from the other side of the aisle. That's not what this is about. This is about finding the cause and the actors who did this and prosecuting their crimes against humanity.

A red-letter date in history occurred when the Science and Medicine Industrial Complex merged with the Military Industrial Complex to fight the peril of biological threats.

Why does THIS matter?

According to Lerman, this matters because the Military Industrial Complex can make coordinated events happen much easier than other entities.

Pre-Covid, the “public health establishment” led the response when “emerging” pathogens threatened a subset of the population. After Covid - or actually BEFORE Covid - the military and the intelligence agencies took control of fighting these microscopic global threats.

While Anthony Fauci is a major accomplice who deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison, he is not this sordid tale’s most important villain, Debbie argues.

Per Lerman’s conclusions, Fauci and others in the public health fraternity assumed PR duties - and played a vital role - but elements in the Department of Defense made everything important happen.

For example, almost all of the laws, regulations and executive orders which made a coordinated Covid response possible - happened before the Wuhan outbreak.

Per the new narrative, these legal reforms were necessary to enhance “national security.”

Placing everything important under the “national security” organizational charts accomplishes several vital objectives.

It allows the military and key intelligence agencies to display their efficiency in making something happen. ...

If an initiative can be touted as protecting “national security” and is fighting an “existential threat” (like a contagious and “deadly” respiratory virus), few people are going to raise serious objections.

Furthermore, much of the behind-the-scenes operations are classified “top secret” … for, you guessed it, “national security reasons.”

Lerman also reminds us that until late February 2020, most public health officials (and President Trump) were telling everyone this virus was NOT an existential threat to mankind.

However, almost over night, the narrative turned on a needle.

According to Lerman, this is when the Military Industrial Complex took total control of pandemic response. (Also, everything seems to have changed when Dr. Deborah Birx, who came from the military, joined the White House Covid Response Team).

The Military Industrial Complex decided they had to create new experimental vaccines to protect, first, “the troops” but then the citizens of not only one nation, but the entire world.

Alas, to produce these new type of “vaccines,” scientists had to first create a new virus...

The narrative everyone was champing at the bit to announce was: Behold! Modern science has saved us all with a miracle vaccine!

As my friend Debbie points out, this is “science” at its maddest and most hubristic as it’s probably impossible to re-engineer DNA or RNA and improve upon millions of years of natural immunity conferred by human evolution. ...

It’s also worth noting that inoculating billions of people with new mRNA “vaccines” that require boosters every six months is going to make a lot of people a lot of money.

Returning to the lovely Scandinavian nation of Sweden …
Pandemic producers were clearly not amused this nation didn’t follow the dictates of all the other nations that were fully aligned and unified in fighting the existential threat of a flu-like bug.

What happened in the rogue and independent nation of Sweden is that … nothing happened.

Children and teachers kept going to school … and didn’t die.

Check-out clerks at the grocery store, most of whom weren’t wearing masks, didn’t die.

Companies that produced footprint stickers recorded scant sales in Sweden.

Restaurants, cafes and churches remained open.

In short, everything the experts said had to happen (to save millions of lives) didn’t happen in Sweden and the Swedes were … perfectly fine.

Even a Caveman could see the world’s one placebo nation was faring just as well - in fact, much better - than petrified nations replete with people cowering under the breakfast room table.

However, the take-away from this sizable “placebo” country didn’t exactly take (or go viral).

As it turned out, the average age of a Swedish “Covid victim” was 82 and half the people who (allegedly) died from Covid in Sweden were nursing home residents.

Debbie and Dr. Lindley also tell us why these facts didn’t matter.

Namely, the censorship and propaganda components of the Covid program were so successful, what didn’t happen in Sweden … somehow didn’t matter.

As far as most world citizens knew, middle-aged citizens were dropping like flies in Sweden, which, per the narrative, was committing national suicide … Or any person who talked about the Sweden example was engaging in dangerous “disinformation” and should be censored, discredited, de-monetized or otherwise cancelled. ...

Because the propaganda phase was so successful, 90 percent of world citizens were going to do whatever their leaders and the mainstream media told them they had to do.

(According to Lerman, the propaganda worked by tapping into people’s desire to “do the right thing” and pull together for the common good.)

As for the five to 10 percent of the world’s population who are skeptical of official Fear Mantras, this small minority could be controlled - or have no serious influence - by simply censoring them.

Both the propaganda and censorship operations were highly-coordinated and entailed the participation of massive numbers of world leaders and organizations.

Considering the above, one can’t help but wonder how officials knew the propaganda would be so spectacularly successful.

Apparently, the world’s real rulers - probably from studies done by “intelligence” agencies - already knew the vast majority of citizens can be easily manipulated if the right type of fear campaign was launched.

The views of stubborn skeptics could be neutralized or muffled via censorship, which even citizens in “free” countries would support if censorship was marketed as a life-saving necessity.

In a nutshell, the placebo nation of Sweden didn’t matter because the early propaganda had been so powerful and successful and the people who kept talking about Sweden were understood to be science deniers and disinformation spreaders.

Which brings us to one of Covid’s most ominous bottom-lines: Anything is possible given saturation propaganda and censorship of would-be truth tellers.

“We can get away with damn near anything” must have been the take-away of the Deep State cadre.

Debbie Lerman tells us what the Powers that Be really wanted was a mass inoculation program, which they got.

The public thought the CDC and NIH were leading the “public health response,” but this was another lie.

Pandemic producers must have worried a little about the nation that ignored their lockdown guidance, but these worries didn’t last long.

I don’t know who the key leader was, but I’m sure that whenever his Deep State colleagues started to get stressed out, this person reminded his partners in crime:

“Don’t forget, we’ve already captured every important organization in the world … and we did that for a reason.”

God bless the nation of Sweden, which proved the world’s leaders were brazen and sociopathic liars.

But on 18 March 2020, Trump’s declaration of a “medical war” signified his “order” that day for DHS to lead what was, in effect, a militarized ‘homeland defense’ response to a ‘biological incident’.

DARPA awards Moderna $25M for mRNA development

On October 2, 2013 the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) through its “synthetic biology” ADEPT: PROTECT program, awarded Moderna Therapeutics “up to $25 million to research and develop its messenger RNA therapeutics™ platform as a rapid and reliable way to make antibody-producing drugs to protect against a wide range of known and unknown emerging infectious diseases and engineered biological threats.” Much of this funding will be used over the next 5 years to “advance promising antibody- producing drug candidates into preclinical testing and human clinical trials“. [1]

The ADEPT: PROTECT Pandemic Prevention Platform program plans to have the “development and widescale deployment of protective countermeasures” within 60 days from detection of an outbreak.

DARPAs’s Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics: Prophylactic Options to Environmental and Contagious Threats – ADEPT: PROTECT program seeks to “enable adaptable, diagnostic devices that decrease the time required to design, manufacture, and rapidly distribute test panels in response to evolving or emerging diagnostic needs.”Moderna’s mRNA “platform has the potential to speed the development and manufacture of treatments that can produce a safer, more reliable and more robust immune response than existing technologies.”

The ADEPT program began in August 2011 when DARPA began investing in “Controlling Cellular Machinery (CCM) “technologies such as nucleic acid vaccines. The hypothesis was that rather than delivering antigens to the immune system, we could deliver genes that encode the antigen and allow the human body to produce the antigen from its own cells, triggering a protective immune response.”

In January 2014 DARPA created a new division called the Biological Technologies Office (BTO), “to explore the increasingly dynamic intersection of biology and the physical sciences” i.e. synthetic biology, neuro-nanotechnology and AI. [2, 3]

DARPA’s track record has already come under scrutiny.

In 2012, the agency partnered with Moderna to explore mRNA “vaccine” technology.

Four years later, Moderna filed a patent for a spike protein sequence, one that scientists would later find identical to a portion of the COVID-19 virus.

“There’s a 1 in 3 trillion chance that was a coincidence,” Fleetwood claimed, citing peer-reviewed analysis and patent filings.

The upcoming 2025 scenario laid out in the biodefense simulation includes nationwide distribution of needle-free “vaccines” in the aftermath of a hypothetical aerosolized bioterror attack.

According to official materials, these “vaccines” are not traditional; they’re designed to interact with hydrogel-based technologies, capable of monitoring internal biological processes.

Critics of the plan argue the real concern is not the fictional pathogen, but the government’s very real blueprint for population surveillance and control during health crises.

“This isn’t about preparedness,” Fleetwood warned.

“It’s about technocratic overreach, where your health, location, and even DNA are used as data points.” ...

From Operation LAC to Operation Sea Spray, Fleetwood detailed how U.S. officials previously released live pathogens over major American cities without public consent to study transmission.

These Cold War-era experiments resulted in illnesses and deaths, yet the truth was quietly buried under national security pretexts.

Former NIH geneticist and Human Genome Project researcher, Dr. Dan Wattendorf, had one thing in mind.

When he came to DARPA in 2010, they were lacking. They didn’t have the ability or capacity to industrialize novel gene-based products. They couldn’t do it rapidly, they couldn’t do it efficiently, and they certainly couldn’t do it on the scale needed in the case of an emergency pandemic.

So Dr. Dan took action.

He founded Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics (ADEPT) in order to “develop platform technologies that can be deployed safely and rapidly to provide the U.S. population with near-immediate protection against emerging infectious diseases and engineered biological weapons, even in cases when the pathogen or infectious agent is unknown.”

The central focus of these technologies? None other than “lipid-based mRNA delivery systems.”

And DARPA, predictably, wanted more of it. A lot more of it. ...

By March of 2019, Moderna had completed a phase 1 trial using mRNA for a chikungunya mosquito-borne virus.

And by the end of 2019 and early 2020, as the monolithic media frenetically called for a life-saving coronavirus injection, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency was the “proven vaccine platform to turn to” ...

Overall, between BARDA, the DoD, and additional funding sources, the U.S. government invested ~ $32 billion directly into the development, production, and purchasing of “mRNA” injections, making the United States the global leader in development and distribution.

And the results speak for themselves…

Trump nominated Monarez after withdrawing the nomination of Dr. Dave Weldon, who reportedly failed to secure enough votes because of comments he made suggesting a possible link between autism and vaccines.

Monarez, a biosecurity veteran, was previously deputy director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), an agency within HHS created by the Biden administration to accelerate “high-risk, high-reward” biomedical research.

ARPA-H is modeled after the U.S. military’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Retired pharma R&D executive Sasha Latypova describes for Sarah Westall how DARPA—specifically Colonel Matthew Hepburn—coordinated the COVID-injection campaign in the U.S. Latypova, who highlights a six-minute-long recording of AstraZeneca executives talking about how they were following DARPA's lead, notes that the U.S. DOD agency responsible for the development of new technologies for use by the military had assembled a "consortium" of pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca in 2017 with the stated purpose of developing "drugs and vaccines" within 60 days of being given the "code" (i.e. the ostensible genetic sequence) for a novel pathogen. ...

But here we have DARPA calling [the] pharmaceutical consortium telling them it's a national security threat. Switch your pan influenza [manufacturing] to COVID."

In response to our #FOIA lawsuit against the Defense Intelligence Agency to obtain its latest assessment (with supporting materials) of the origin of the Covid pandemic, DIA says that they can only find a mere 12 pages of relevant records, and they don’t wish to disclose any of it to the public.

We think the public has a right to know where Covid came from, including what the DIA may know about it.

It’s past time for the Trump administration to deliver transparency about the origins of the Covid pandemic.
