Looks like the commies are fighting communism for us!

I read the article and some of the instagram posts...wow. These people live in their own world.

It sounds like the mother is probably the one who actually holds this business together behind the scenes. She seems to be a successful asian immigrant who built up some wealth. She seems to be the only sensible one who is refusing the "redistribution" of the business into a co op worker collective. My guess is the mother owns 100% of the building, as that's probably the only way her mentally ill trans adult-child could keep the doors on the "business" open, by not needing to make rent.

And the young trans co-owner pair seem to be too stupid to realize the black employees are trying to fleece them of the business they built by invoking marx and "equity" passages. That'd sure be the day... when someone hands over a slice of their business to some POS entitled barrista.

This type of stuff needs to start being legally recognized as fraud and extortion. The public calls for help from fellow comrades are attempts to bully the owners, and to hopefully boycott the business, beating them into submission. "Give me money/business shares or I will cancel you" should be illegal.

I skimmed this fantasy opinion. Clearly this person has not looked at the change in sentiment Dem Vs. Rep. I think this shift has widened since Gallup polled in January.

Libs pushed too hard, and they are reaping the whirlwind. November will be a Red Tide, and there will be nothing but talk of "stolen elections" until 2024, when Trump of DeSantis wins, and the talk will continue.
Add the clear SCOTUS swing to the right and more tears will flow as "Constitutional Rights" are further "eroded."
The question will be what will the Repubs do with all this power. Probably squander it. I wish something would be done about all the DHS overreach after 9-11. We need a rollback to a time when we weren't in a constant state of bogeyman hunting. The FBI can handle what little "domestic terrorism" exists, without inventing stuff to make themselves look competent.

You still have too much faith in our election system

It's TRIVIAL to validate the vote, yet we don't do it - the reason we don't do it is that our "elected officials" weren't elected.
