WaPo's salty tears:

The Supreme Court on Thursday sharply cut back the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to reduce the carbon output of existing power plants, a blow to the nation’s chances of averting catastrophic climate change.
The vote was 6 to 3, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. writing for the court’s conservatives.
“Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’ ” Roberts wrote, referring to a court precedent. “But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme.”

This has huge ramifications for all those alphabet agencies where far ranging effects of law were not legislated, just forced down our throats.

Well hold on there Skippy, let me give you all the cliff notes, since you're not paying attention.

This is THIS! This only applies to the EPAs overreach on power plants, this does nothing to give farmers relief from Obama's landgrab legislation that outlawed farmers digging ponds, or retaining water for their small scale agricultural needs. This does nothing to curb the CDC or the WHO, every alphabet will continue on as usual. The other EPA overreaches will continue without change.
Then when those agencies are taken to court for better clarification, the Biden Supremes(he's got one, he's getting another in a few weeks, brace yourselves!) will turn this ruling on its head and say every Stasi agency Biden can dream up will have full power over every puny insignificant American peasant. That court will go out its way to clarify not only are the ruling in favor of EPA in those other cases, but they will reverse this decision just to keep things consistent.

Did they change the laws to allow free competition in utility space? If not, why would SDGE or PGE lower their prices? They have NO competition.
