According to actual bombed out Ukrainian civilians on the ground, as per Patrick Lancaster's reporting, Ukraine is the one doing most of the civilian bombing.
Since I know for a fact, our Government and Media has not told one single honest account of anything in over 7 years. Those reporting Russia is the one killing civilians, have a huge fucking credibility problem. And sorry useless democrat voter fucks, can't seem to come to grip with that no matter how many lies and deceit come to light.

Remember Veritas recorded a CNN executive saying the Trump being a Russian asset was a "nothing-burger"? That should have been the death knell of the company. If CNN ever tells the truth, at best, it's a 1/2 truth, and only if it advances the agenda. We have a worse news system than Soviet Russia did.

You are going to get to know a man named Colonel General Alexander Dvornikov.
Up until a century ago, there was a statistic of one civilian killed for every 8 military combatants in a war zone. Brutality against civilian populations become commonplace in the 20th century. The Nazis and Japanese were not the only villains in such matters. The US and Britain are also guilty of these activities. Now you have a situation where there are 8 civilian deaths for every military combatant death in a war zone.
Beginning in Chechnya in 1991, Russia has used a brutal system to enforce its will on a population. Entire cities come under artillery fire as well missile strikes and bombing runs with fighter bombers. The goal is the break the will of a population and force them into submission. Russia continued with these tactics in Georgia and in Syria including the destruction of the city of Aleppo.
In my estimation, such tactics only serve to make an opponent more determined to resist. Albert Speer was Hitler's Minister Of Armaments. Despite day and night air attacks by the US and Britain including the firebombing of Dresden that killed up to 140,000 civilians, the German armaments industry increased production. When Speer was arrested at the end of World War II, a group of US Army Air Corps generals went to interview him. Speer was from a wealthy family. He spoke English fluently. The generals asked him how effective strategic bombing was. Speer shrugged his shoulders and replied: "It did no good at all." Putin should have learned something from this moment in history.
What we are seeing in Ukraine is atrocities against civilians on a grand scale. The general that I mentioned above is in charge of all attacks on civilians. It would be wonderful to arrest him and take him to The Hague for war crimes prosecutions.
We do not have a firearm in this house. I hate guns and loud noises. I hate violence. I am very kind to animals and children. In the case of this particular general, I feel that we need to go back to the days of the American West. We have all seen the wanted posters in Western movies "Wanted Dead or Alive." A bounty of $25 million US needs to be put on this general's head. It would be paid if the general was captured in Ukraine or Russia or killed. With that kind of "money on the table," accomplished bounty hunters and mercenaries from all over the world would take up the challenge. As the saying goes: "Colonel-General Dvornikov, you can run, but you just can't hide!"
