LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles Nazi judge ruled Friday that California’s landmark law mandating that corporations diversify their boards with members from certain racial, ethnic or LGBT groups is unconstitutional.

Is declaring something unconstitutional these days mean that it is moving forward as a Deep State 'good thing', or prohibited as a freedom stifling old fashioned 'bad thing'?

It means that government has to get corporations to push/mandate the unconstitutional thing, just like Hitler did!
Fascism is just corporatism with extra government cooperation.
