Using Surety Bonds to Stop Mandates

From an email:

L. brought this to my attention at the Wednesday rally and then I found the subject
on Bitchute. I think anyone who has had their rights infringed upon by an elected or
appointed official has the right to go after them through their surety bonds, which they
all are required to have. There is a website: BondsForTheWin where you can get more
info. What is strange is that these bond companies have never had anyone file claims
before and the district offices have not had anyone making FOIA requests for bond info.
All you need is a photo copy of the bond to start.

A Few Brave People Is All it Takes To Stand Up And Fight For Our Freedom

Our forefathers knew that this day would come when governments would overstep their authority and try to control the people. That is why they protected us back in 1792.

Surety Bonds are one of the oldest guarantees there are. The bond is a contract that guarantees us that a person will perform their duties according to the laws and the constitution of the United States.

Once an elected official, company, or union step outside the law and starts imposing mandates on WE THE PEOPLE. We have the authority to stop them.

The bond gives us the power to put government officials, companies, and unions on notice. The more people who stand up and fight together the greater our chances are of removing these people from office, heads of companies or unions.

The first step in the process is to write a letter of intent. In this letter state only the facts and what rules or laws have been broken. Give them your conditions. Be strong and be firm. Give them 48-72 hours to meet your conditions.

If they do not respond in this time period, it is time to take the second step. You will file a claim against their bond. Once you file your claim the Surety Bond Company will notify the bond holder. The bond holder knows he is responsible for paying all of these claims.

A large number of claims filed at the same time against one bond are dangerous for the bondholder. The Bond Company will cancel his bond. Once this happens, it will be difficult for him to find another bond company that will issue him a Surety Bond.

If a Government Official cannot be bonded he will be removed from office.
If a company cannot be bonded they will need to close their doors.
If the Union cannot be bonded they will have to close their doors.

We have the power. Stand up now and fight for your freedom. You do not need a lawyer or a judge. All you need is a letter of intent to file against their surety bond. We have the POWER now is the time to use it.

Doubt this is real. Or applies in all the cases.

Besides you are not a party to the surety bond.

And I doubt this works for elective offices.

In certain states the state will pay the surety bond for the elected official. However, the bond is in the name of the elected official. He is 100% liable for all claims filed against his/her bond.

And that is another thing: this only applies at the state level, it seems.

But is says here it applies to elected government officials.

And it implies it applies to federal ones too.

Every Government Elected Official since 1792 is obligated to obtain a PUBLIC OFFICIAL SURETY bond before he can take the oath of office.

Love to see the constitutional amendment that requires that. Because it would require such to apply for EVERY elected office in the nation.

Here it is...the boilerplate:

We are only here to offer our assistance to teach you how to obtain a bond and file your letter of intent. We are not here to advise you on how to file against a surety bond, when and if you should file, and what the procedures are for filing against the bond. You will need to consult the bond company to find out how to file a claim.

$10 sez the bond company plays with Loser Pays type of rules to protect the officeholder. Or other roadblocks.

Still, I would be interested in trying this with some PatNetters. We'd have to identify which state amongst us this is easiest/realistic to do, etc. Also come up with a budget.

I'm interested in trying it too.

We need a target. I would love to go after a teacher's union. But I don't have kids in school, which would give me a cause for damages for my kids vis a vis their mask policies.

So, the unscientific mask bullshit in restaurants where it is ok to nit wear the mask while eating but have to anytime else is good. We can go after the unelected public health officials for that one.

Who here is smart enough to get this started? I'm not questioning if there is someone...I know there's someone. How can I help? I'm not a leader on something like this.

The election fucks who admitted they broke the law in Wisnonsin and Pennsylvania should be targeted. But I won't have standing since I am not a resident in those states.

Some years ago I was a Notary Public working for the banks to notarize Reconveyance forms & the like, and just for that stupid measly job part of obtaining the Notary Public was to get Surety Bonded to protect the public against errors & ommissions (incompetence or malfeasance) - so you bet this is required of any high up official in positions of public trust or good faith. Sounds like a good strategy to shut down their agenda!

Sounds like @wookieman, being in IL, could benefit from the info in the OP.

Dear BAFA Team,

There has been a lot of discussion around Surety bonds lately and we, on the behalf of BAFA & Freedom Alliance for Parents, last week requested the Surety bonds the below Santa Clara county officials:

James Williams
Joseph Simitian
Susan Ellenberg
Otto Lee
Sara Cody
Michael Wasserman
Cindy Chavez

Here is the response that we received on Friday from the county:

The Clerk-Recorder’s Office does not have records responsive to your requests. However, attached is a copy of a Board of Supervisors resolution provided to us by the Office of the County Counsel, which we are advised is responsive to your requests for information regarding surety bonds for the officials named above. Pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code Sec. 24156, the County employs a self-insurance system in lieu of surety bonds.

If I may be of any further assistance, feel free to contact me directly.

This looks like a dead end at this point for our BOS but this may work with other elected officials or school boards. If anyone has another other suggestions or can help dig further into this please let us know. We are still trying to figure out what our next move is at the county level.

Bottom line for us Freedom Fighters is to definitely KEEP FIGHTING by educating, watch dogging, sharing, mobilizing & continuing to engage/bombard our "elected officials". We can never again let them pass legislation under our noses...we must stay vigilant and awake! Please keep your eyes on your City Council, County BOS, State & Federal Officials as they are all corrupt and hoping that we keep our heads in the sand. This will take all of us getting into the fight by no longer CONSENTING to these illegal mandates & by support businesses that don't enforce them and begin peacefully protesting. THIS IS A COUNTRY OF WE THE PEOPLE!!
