Do all political parties need to be corrupt to survive?

A political party of volunteers alone seems like it would lose to any party with full-time employees who can stay on top of elections all the time.

If a political party need full-time employees, then it needs money. If it needs money, then it needs a way of getting money.

Donations cause corruption. Large donors always expect laws and regulations to be bent in their favor.

So is there a way for a political party to exist without being corrupt?

Perhaps an endowment could provide the income needed for long-term operations without regular donations.

Could an endowment be managed honestly, or would the endowment itself attract embezzlers and worse, steer the party to act in the interest of the endowment rather than the interests of party members?

That's precisely the crux of the debate between Bolsheviks vs. Menshvisk a little over a century ago: a small core of professional revolutionaries vs. a large gathering of part-time participants. IMHO, the key to repeating the hell-on-earth that was the 20th century communists states (which were responsible for the killing of over 100 million people) is public knowledge:

1. Conspiracy Facts are real. There are indeed clandestine organizations out there seeking to enslave the human race one country at a time.

2. Professional politicians are not to be trusted, whether his title is "professional revolutionary" like Lenin's or "Community Organizer"; they are all bought and paid for scammers.

3. It is dangerous to be a professional politician; every single one of them needs to have come-uppance. They don't deserve any respect or retirement. Term-limit every one to a maximum of 15 years for anyone holding public office (sum total of all public offices held by that person). Including in the bureaucracy.

The problem is what we call and consider corruption. Look at how Ethics Rules are highly enforced, and clear definitions are bent to apply against Some. While others can get away with anything, as long as it's not a crime that would normally fall under you local police jurisdiction. That's the only place Democrats get caught and prosecuted. By committing State and local Felonies. Republicans can have a cordial salutation construed into an ethical complaint.

Take a look at what the Global Communist Fucks have done to every freely elected Conservative that has been elected in the last 10 to 15 years. They have all been politically harassed and slandered through the corrupt media. Then when that didn't work. They have all been entrapped through process crimes against the State. Sound familiar?

Italy
Israel
Brazil
Poland
Peru
Philippines
Myanmar
France
Have all had one or more conservative Presidents or Populous leading candidate needled by their DOJ lawfare.

While corrupt Liberal leaders everywhere scoff at the laws, and flaunt their double standards in everyone's face with impunity. It's fucking slickening.

I say if they aren't committing a crime, that would otherwise fall under our strict local and State laws. Then there shouldn't be any Ethics and Fraud investigations, where the crime committed is so fucking obscure, that only Peter Schiff and Gerald Nadler can get to the bottom of it. If a crime is only a crime, to a partisan socialist hack. Then it shouldn't be a crime at all. .I mean racketeering, and other organized crime endeavors are crimes that should stand on their own. If just those were enforced, 80% of Congress would be in prison for life.

Yeah conservatives are as clean as Dick Cheney and George Bush.
I still get a nauseating feeling thinking how republicans were cheering their illegal wars which resulted in killing of millions of innocents and waster trillions of tax payer money.
After some time same shameless conservatives got up to resist refugees from those countries as if they are not humans.

Treat whole human race as one : Sikh Gurus.

Try to feign that you're paying attention and you understand the conversation. These have all been populist Nationalist leaders. Not cut in the wool Conservatives. Remember Theresa May, Boris Johnson and Angela Merkle are establishment approved. But nice name dropping. That's like people still talking about how bad Jimmy Carter was, when talking about the Communist, that hereto forth, nothing in the world has been like these people parading around as Democrats.

Your model is flawed from the start. Any political system that allows for paying people will always be corrupt. When our country was founded, there was little to no government, and no pay.

It's asymmetric warfare.

Bad Guys don't care about rules and will do anything to remove their opposition and achieve their goals.

Good Guys are far too nice. They follow rules (even those enacted by Bad Guys) and refuse to do what's necessary to remove the rot because it involves getting your hands a bit dirty. They keep giving opponents second, third, and fourth chances under the naive assumption that these people have made mistakes and will change.

Bad Guys manipulate and condition Good Guys into abandoning effective battle tactics to put them at a disadvantage. This starts at childhood with "truths" like "don't kick a man when he's down."

Until Good Guys realize that they have no obligation to deal honorably with an enemy that has proven to be dishonorable, they will continue to have sand kicked in their face and their girl stolen by the beach bully. The quote from Ender's Game comes to mind:

Major Gwen Anderson: Why did you keep kicking him? You had already won the fight. Did you enjoy it?

Ender Wiggin: No... knocking him down was the first fight. I wanted to win all the next ones too, so that he'd leave me alone.

You are the one who says one side is good other is bad.
I say all are bad and in same team.
We the people need to support our people(team) not hate each other following politicians.
