So discriminating based upon presumed viral infectiousness is OK now?

In CA it is most certainly and expressly unlawful - item 2 of CA Civil Code 46 says it is illegal to commit slander against someone which: "Imputes in him the present existence of an infectious, contagious, or loathsome disease"

I'm sure other states have similar laws on the books, perhaps this can be cross-referenced in whichever state you reside.

That law was put on the books for the same reason, Fauci loathed despised and wanted to kill tens of millions of innocent people around the world. So he let the Sodomites, and Druggy scumbags, give blood, while his official policy didn't call for screening for Aids, until almost ten years later, after millions of people got it that weren't but fuckers or junkies.

Fauci hated the stigma that fags got for getting Aids, so he wanted us all dead and still does. He got law makers to make it illegal to cringe when an Aids victim walked by coughing in your direction.

So its time to use it against them. What helped them back then, clearly does not help them now.
