Having discussions (with other parent) in which I have to expose the extraordinary evil and murderous "claim" in their august article that covid infections cause more heart inflammation than the jabs. Note in that paywall article (which can be found by other sources as well) it says correctly "teenage boys have 9 times higher chance of myocarditis from vaccination" only to be followed later by "though studies have shown that incidence of myocarditis is higher after covid-19 infection than the vaccination". Note the DO NOT link a single study because they know it's a bold faced murderous lie. If it were easy to find a well-done, peer-reviewed study they would link it. Fucking assholes. Secondly they don't stratify for age, even if this claim were true for some age group it would probably be age 70 and over, and even then it is FALSE since they compare 100% chances taken for those who take the jab to 100% covid infections, assuming everyone will get symptomatic covid infection in their lifetime - which is obviously a fucking lie since 20% at the minimum have tested positive in sero-prevalence studies, and many more are believed to have cross-immunity from previous corona virus common cold infections. These people are murderers. Fuck the nyt can't wait for the day this rag goes bankrupt

NYT is subsidized by Mexican mobile phone billionaire Carlos Slim, just like Bezos subsidizes the Washington Post. Pravda and Isvestia here need not make a profit to continue their propaganda duties.

From Nature magazine Heart-inflammation risk from Pfizer COVID vaccine is very low:
But young men aged 16–19 had a 15 in 100,000 chance of developing myocarditis after their second shot. The vast majority of these cases were mild and eventually resolved. The researchers also found that myocarditis was more likely to develop after the second vaccine dose than the first.
...
[From a different study], the incidence increased to almost 11 out of 100,000 among men aged 16–29. Overall, 76% of the cases involved mild symptoms and 22% involved intermediate symptoms.
...
A study of US military personnel by Leslie Cooper, a cardiologist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, and his colleagues, published in June, identified 23 cases of myocarditis in men aged 20–51 who had received an mRNA vaccine, working out to 8 cases per 100,000. All of the men recovered. The same month, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that it had identified 5 cases out of 100,000 in men aged 18–24, rising to 6 cases per 100,000 in male adolescents aged 12–17. Most people who developed myocarditis recovered quickly, according to the CDC.

Here's where it get's tricky. There is one study where they conclude it's lower risk "get the vax". Here is the summary.
SARS-CoV-2 infection was associated with a substantially increased risk of myocarditis (risk ratio, 18.28; 95% CI, 3.95 to 25.12; risk difference, 11.0 events per 100,000 persons; 95% CI, 5.6 to 15.8) and of additional serious adverse events, including pericarditis, arrhythmia, deep-vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, intracranial hemorrhage, and thrombocytopenia.
But then if you dig into the study:
We found that the risk of myocarditis increased by a factor of three after vaccination, which translated to approximately 3 excess events per 100,000 persons; the 95% confidence interval indicated that values between 1 and 5 excess events per 100,000 persons were compatible with our data. Among the 21 persons with myocarditis in the vaccinated group, the median age was 25 years (interquartile range, 20 to 34), and 90.9% were male.
This does seem to raise some red flags if you're a male of a certain age.
