I have a cool gadget for making espresso and drinks derived thereof.

It's a Handpresso.
As they say in California "It works good."

I have another gadget to make milk foamy if desired.
I have coffee pods from Lilly but it takes loose espresso grind too.

Doesn't look like something you can operate with a hangover.

How does it generate pressure? Some strong battery in the handle?

On top of Patrick's question, how much do you trust it wont explode in your hand?

A regular stovetop expresso maker makes the best Cuban coffee.

Wow a whopping 16 bars of pressure, that's about 2 or 3 more than larger portable units not meant to be hand held.

Sounds like a grenade.

Patrick, it is like a little tire pump, you pump up the pressure.
I like stove top espresso makers but this is a little bit faster.
Publix had an electric automatic espresso maker from Italy which looked very cool.
It’s not scary to me, I have strapped steel tanks with 3000+ psi on my back.

That's why I switched to fully automatic espresso machines about 15 years ago.

Not much, especially when I'm perusing the titty thread

@clambo Do you have a non-Amazon link for where to buy it?

I just quit coffee last week because I don’t want to reply on the caffeine.

Boy were these first two days of pounding headaches brutal. All good now!

Looking at the photo with above view shot it looks like high tech dildo.

Good choice. Coffee does have some minor benefits before I get my head chewed off. But besides occasional alcohol I've stopped putting anything I don't need into my body. Water, food and light beer (Buschhhhhhhh light - I know, crappy to some, but mostly water anyway). Shit, I did have a cigar Saturday. I'll smoke week or have an edible every other month roughly.

Coffee was big for me for a while. Energy drinks too. I have the luxury now if I want to take a nap and I'm tired I just do it instead of fake energy. Not some hippy dippy type, but over the last few years I'm trying to listen to my body more. Caffeine just covers up the likelihood you should have gotten more sleep or may have had too much to drink the night before. Tylenol or Ibuprofen just covers up pain or something that may need attention. I just deal and adjust.

And that's not a knock on people that like coffee. As a self diagnosed insomniac coffee was bad for me. 3 hours of sleep wasn't cutting it because I'd be having coffee at 6pm. Over the last 4 years I've cut out all vices besides alcohol. I won't eat cake at my own kids b-day party. Finally starting to work out again after the broken heel. I wake up everyday in pain. It goes away but means I personally know it has healed, but it might be there forever. Masking things isn't always a good thing.

I’m addicted to coffee, but I limit my dose.
Most days I have one coffee in the morning.
I think espresso roast gets rid of some caffeine compared to light roast
I have a small coffee or a latte in the afternoon if I have done something to exert enough energy, such as a couple of scuba dives, or a swim or gym.
My reason is I love the taste of coffee.
I like coffee ice cream and gelato also.
I remember buying a coffee syrup to mix with milk which I drank in the summertime, it’s from Rhode Island.
The best was a coffee milkshake that I got in Harrods in London, holy shit it was good.
In Santa Cruz coffee enemas are a thing, but I only consume my coffee orally (so far).

There is no such thing as coffee addiction, maybe light withdrawal symptoms. If you don't sugar it coffee is very healthy, hot and cold, up to 4 big cups a day is usually no problem. Just don't drink those sugary shit mix drinks. If you must make a good affogato with some organic vanilla ice cream or honey, and add some cinnamon

The doctor actually told me that coffee was actually good for people to consume, so I went down to the Wawa and got a big cup of coffee with hazelnut. Actually pretty good tasting, but abut 20 minutes later I felt like my eyes were wired open and I was hyper alert. I cannot do coffee.

I have one killer cup in the morning, and then try to stay away but sometimes fail.

It's just so wonderful.
