Don't underestimate your enemy.

I'll grant you that maintaince an issue, but they can drive a humvee and can figure out how to wear tactical gear or shoot a rocket launcher.

They may not be able to fly the Blackhawks (yet) but they are not acting alone. China for sure (and Russia possibly) are helping them.
