Anyone with an immunology background can only gaze with bewilderment at the outright lies that are being stated by the CDC director, Walensky, and pompous attention seeker Fauci. The motive or motives, though, can only be surmised.

Brief backgrounder

Neutralization Assay – an old technology for determining the effectiveness of antibodies to neutralize a virus. The ability of the antibodies to block entry of the virus into the cell is typically the underlying mechanism determined by the assay.

1. Immunize the animal.
2. Bleed the animal.
3. Prepare serum or plasma from the whole blood.
4. Incubate the serum or plasma with the reporter cell line and virus.
5. Measure either reporter cell line viability or change in the quantity of viral nucleic acid, which will increase as the virus enters the cell, divides and propagates.
6. Neutralizing antibodies in the plasma or serum will prevent reporter cell line death caused by viral infection, and will prevent the virus from propagating via cell entry, scored as no significant measured increase in viral nucleic acid.

Pros
1. Easy to automate.
2. Old established technology.
3. Speeds drug development and time to market, especially in conjunction with an EUA.

Cons
1. Measures only one mechanism of immunity and only one mechanism of antibody induced immunity, blocking.
2. Does not measure other important mechanisms of antibody action.
a. Does not measure antibody–dependent cellular cytotoxicity. ADCC works when the bound antibody acts as a beacon for cells, like NK cells, that have receptors for the tail end of the antibody and attack and kill the targeted, infected cells.
b. Does not measure complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). CDC works when complement, a series of serum proteins, are attracted to the bound antibody, and a cascade is triggered resulting in the lysis of the infected cells
3. Does not measure T cell effectiveness, including the important cytotoxic T cell immunity. CTL’s will attack and kill infected cells that display short viral peptides on their surface in the context of MHC, aka HLA.
4. Does not directly measure the generation of helper T cells.

Ergo, lazy science. And so you get GIGO, especially when used with such a limited viral antigen as is used in the mRNA gene therapies. According to Robert Malone, the mRNA gene therapies use the sequence for the part of the spike protein that binds to the ACE receptor, and this piece is engineered to remain in the open configuration, to better enable the generation of blocking antibodies.

This approach generates a very narrow immune response repertoire, which can be evaded by viral escape mechanisms, including changes in the spike protein sequence. As the antibodies generated to the original sequence may still bind the virus, but not neutralize it, antibody-enhanced disease can occur. In this scenario, the tail end of the viral bound antibody attaches to receptors on the cell, facilitating its entry and propagation, and increasing infectivity.

And the gene therapies are non-sterilizing therapeutics, that were only determined to prevent serious disease, a rare event in and of itself, and do not prevent infectivity or viral transmission.

So what is it all about? Clearly the sheeple are not immunologists and are easily frightened. Educated scientists and physicians risk career suicide by even debating the current course.

I think it is obvious that this is a clear authoritarian power play, first, to appear to take effective action, and second, to destroy anyone who challenges the commands and actions of the authorities. But what is the invisble hand and motive beyond this?
