Not sure if this is just at the county community college level, or applies to all UC schools. Can't find anything in the news about it, but not surprised as covering walk-backs surrounding covid doesn't seem to be a priority for the propaganda outlets. But if this is happening in the retarded state(government) of California, can't imagine it will stand up elsewhere.

My guess is a lot of institutions will do this, because they don't want to lose customers, members and money.
But it wont be reported in the media. to the contrary, I think the media will double down and tell the public everyone is doing it.

I saw that less than 3% of those not vaxxed at this point, have said, they would never get the jab. Though some lamented they would if they were forced for a job, school or some other opportunity that required it.

Maybe someone pulled one of these on 'em:

...because legally they cannot require it. As a public college, it is a government agency and to do so would violate federal law and the Nuremberg Code. And they know it.

@HunterTits But they did it anyway, and all the UC and CSU are mandating the jab now.

So are they violating federal law and the Nuremberg Code?

Yes.

And yet they are demanding the jab and refusing to enroll students who will not submit.

So maybe the law doesn't even matter anymore.

Supremacy Clause

Thanks, much of this is still murky to me:

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution
The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2), establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the "supreme Law of the Land", and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.

Depends upon what the courts say.

Which courts, by the way? State?

Depends upon what the courts say. Feds can not have control over state agencies directly except when the Supremacy Clause is clearly violated.

This falls under state or personal jurisdiction per the 10th Amendment, NOT federal.

See “election” 2020, Mostly peaceful protests, Hunter Bidens’s laptop, private email servers with classified information on them, trampling of rights that specifically say shall not be infringed...

Yeah, seems like the law doesn’t matter anymore.

Last I checked the bill of rights was being used for toilet paper by Bidet’s handlers. He did say his butt had been wiped right?

Congress passed the EUA law that said people can not be forced to take the vaccine.

Congress had no authority to pass that law(again 10th). And in this case the state has no authority either. This one falls to the individual level, since no one has a right to force someone to put something into their body.

Now the question is whether you can be fired or disenrolled for asserting a basic human right.

Depends on how perverse the society is.

Exhibit A: “Wet ass pussy”
Exhibit B: hunter’s laptop
Exhibit C: mostly peaceful protests

Shall we continue? We have not even begun to talk about Catholic Priests and Epstein island.

Already happening.

That's why we need an iron-clad Constitutional amendment:

Annddd, it's been reversed. She got an email from a teacher saying community college will require shot.
