Analysis of Ballot Images in Georgia County Shows ‘Provable Fraud’ in Audit: Election Integrity Group

A group seeking to ensure that elections are run fairly said this week that an in-depth analysis of mail-in ballot images obtained through a court order shows that the hand-count audit in Fulton County, Georgia, last year “was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.” ...

The team examining the ballots also found seven audit tally sheets (pdf) they believe were falsified to contain fabricated vote totals. In one example, the group said, a batch containing 59 ballot images for Biden and 42 for former President Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump.

The analysis revealed that 923 (60 percent) of the 1,539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes that were incorrectly reported in the county’s official 2020 election result, compared to the audit totals, VoterGA said.

“We believe that there is massive audit errors,” Garland Favorito, founder of the group, told a press conference in Georgia on July 13.

The group received the images as part of a court case after it petitioned in late 2020 to get clearance to inspect all mail-in ballots cast in the county in the 2020 election, alleging that fraud took place. The petition cited witnesses to the alleged fraud, including Favorito and other poll watchers and workers.

Henry County Judge Brian Amero, who is overseeing the case, ordered in March that scanned ballot images be made available to the petitioners. Amero late last month let part of the election lawsuit proceed.

Asked about the new claims, a Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times via email: “This is related to a matter that is the subject of pending litigation. Therefore, we do not wish to respond.”

A spokesman for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, referred requests for comment to Fulton County.

Favorito said elected officials have known about the discrepancies “for a long, long time,” and he accused them of having “covered it up.”

Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), who is challenging Raffensperger in the Republican secretary of state primary, in a video called on him to resign.

“In Fulton County, there is now undeniable proof of voter irregularity if not outright voter fraud,” he said, pointing to the evidence presented by VoterGA.

Raffensperger has claimed that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election, which saw Biden beat Trump in Georgia by fewer than 12,000 votes, out of over 4.9 million cast.

Trump said in a statement on July 14: “The news coming out of Georgia is beyond incredible. The hand recount in Fulton County was a total fraud! They stuffed the ballot box—and got caught. We will lose our Country if this is allowed to stand.”

Wisconsin Lawmaker Calls for ‘Full Forensic Audit’ After Georgia, Arizona Updates

A Wisconsin representative on Friday said 2020 election reviews being done in the state should be expanded into a “full forensic audit” following alleged irregularities being revealed in Arizona and Georgia.

State Rep. Timothy Ramthun, a Republican, formally requested “a more comprehensive audit” from former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who is leading a conducting a review of the election at the behest of Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos along with retired police officers, and the Legislative Audit Bureau, which lawmakers authorized earlier this year to investigate the election.

Vos and the audit bureau did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Ramthun is pushing for the forensic audit after reviewing recently released information from two counties.

An election integrity group presented ballot images this week they said show “provable fraud” occurred in the 2020 hand count audit in Fulton County, Georgia. Additionally, the county double-scanned nearly 200 ballots.

Auditors conducting a forensic audit in Arizona’s largest county, meanwhile said during a hearing on Thursday that they uncovered major concerns about some 100,000 ballots. The auditors are seeking more items, including splunk logs, from Maricopa County officials, who vigorously contest the irregularity claims.

“It is vital to our democratic process that the Wisconsin Legislature acknowledges the alarming information that threatens the very fabric of our society,” Ramthun said.

“In order to preserve our God-given rights and ensure that citizens can have confidence in the integrity of our elections, I am requesting it be added to the scope of the Wisconsin audit to” inspect paper mail-in ballots in Wisconsin’s 5th Congressional District, review the digital files of ballots to make sure no double-scanning occurred, and thoroughly examine cybersecurity aspects of election equipment to make sure no tampering took place.

“If any of these indicators are found, these ballots should be separated from the official ballots, and a chain of custody/investigation into the origin of any fraudulent ballots should take place. All fraudulent ballots should not be counted,” Ramthun said.

He said it is crucial that lawmakers in Wisconsin acknowledge the evidence put forth in Arizona and Georgia and alleged everyone would benefit from an audit because it could support claims that the election was run securely.

Democrats in Wisconsin, including Ann Jacobs, the head of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, have voiced opposition to the GOP-ordered election reviews.

“Republicans seem to be making a concerted effort … to undermine the public’s confidence and trust,” Wisconsin Assembly Minority Leader Gordon Hintz told reporters earlier this year.

President Joe Biden, a Democrat, won Wisconsin by about 20,680 votes over former President Donald Trump. Biden gained dozens of votes in a partial recount that was done after the election. Wisconsin Republicans control both chambers of the state legislature, while Democrats control the governor’s mansion.

Trump Says Arizona Election Hearing Shows Enough ‘Fraud and Voting Irregularities’ to Change Election Outcome

Former President Donald Trump issued a statement on Friday saying that the Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County election audit show sufficient levels of fraud and voting irregularities to change the outcome of the presidential election.

“Arizona has strong State Senators willing to fight for the truth,” Trump said in a July 16 statement, adding that the hearing “shows Fraud and Voting Irregularities many times more than would be needed to change the outcome of the Election.”

The former president also took aim at media outlets reporting “no fraud” found in the presidential election while citing several lawmakers calling for the election to be decertified.

Arizona’s GOP-led state Senate on Thursday held a hearing amid a months-long forensic audit of election results in Phoenix’s Maricopa County, led by Florida-based cybersecurity firm Cyber Ninjas. Teams conducting the audit said at the hearing that they found several major discrepancies.

Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, told senators at the Arizona state Capitol that auditors could find no record of the county sending more than 74,000 mail-in ballots. He also said auditors found approximately 18,000 people voted but were removed from voter rolls “soon after the election, 11,326 people who were not on the voter rolls on Nov. 7, 2020, but appeared on the rolls on Dec. 4, 2020, and 3,981 people who voted after registering after Oct. 15, 2020.” ...

The hearing came after Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, whose Republican caucus authorized the audit late last year, said the auditors’ ballot count produced a different number from the county’s count.

The July 15 testimony, given in front of Fann and Sen. Warren Peterson, chairman of the state Senate’s Judiciary Committee, triggered a push to conduct a new election in the state, where official records show President Joe Biden received around 10,500 more votes than Trump out of some 3.4 million ballots cast.

“I call for the Biden electors to be recalled to Arizona & a new election must be conducted. Arizona’s electors must not be awarded fraudulently & we need to get this right,” Arizona Sen. Wendy Rogers, a Republican who has been keeping close tabs on the audit, said on Twitter.

Trump, in a July 16 statement, cited Rogers as saying that, “I have heard enough. It’s time to decertify this election.”

Meanwhile, Fann told OANN that the state legislature lacks the authority to recall electors, adding that the audit’s findings will be turned over to Congress and attorneys general at state and federal levels.

Fulton and 5 other counties in Georgia did not retain their ballot images, as required by Georgia law for at least two years.

Kemp was the previous Secretary of State. Ratzberger is responsible for the past election. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation head was appointed by Kemp.

Point being, none of the the Executive Branch members have an interest in revealing widespread Fraud - it either will show their incompetence or collusion.
