Insurance. Lying about your sex is equivalent to lying about your age on Insurance Contracts.

How is sex determined? States can mandate a simple genetics test for XY/XX.

I think it's a good tactic to sue trannies for lying on their insurance forms, but if the CCP/Biden administration continues for long, they will certainly change the law so that lying about your sex on insurance forms becomes legal.

The Good thing about insurance, is that the insurers themselves want to keep all regulation at the State Level.

Like the Ape Army and Buy and Hold, this is a great mechanism to force Insurers to act against their own professed Principles if they whinge for Federal Regulation.

Insurers just won't take sex into account to determine pricing. Everyone will pay based on their age only.

That will cost them a fortune, and they'll need a bailout. There's hundreds of billions, maybe trillions, in existing life contracts out there. Nevermind Auto and other policies.

And States won't let them, either.

I've pointed this out multiple times, but about about women with AIS? Androgen insensitivity syndrome. They are XY but they don't react to testosterone.

These ARE women, they've grown up as women, but they can't have children, and they are a major portion of what are models and top athletes.

On the plus side, they don't get PMS.

Wouldn't they simply spread the cost to all insureds?

They could, but what about the 20th year into a 30-pay Whole or 30 year term for a person "originally identifying as female" who now claims to be a man?

They'd have to adjust the benefits downward.

Right now people in charge are forcing this degenerate lgbt culture onto everyone. Plenty of people won’t say shit due to fear of cancel culture. For now it’s how shit is.

People who speak up get cancelled, because no one got your back. While cancel culture is an army.

Looks like the alphabet people civil war has come to our shores. The LGB Alliance just launched a USofA website. From their twitter feed: We promote the rights of lesbians, bisexuals & gay men, as recognised by biological sex. #SexNotGender

One thing being missed in the reporting of the Laurel Hubbard story is a glaring anomaly in the current IOC regulations governing the participation of transgender athletes in Olympic event, on which this graph clearly illustrates. The graph shows population distributions or circulating testosterone levels for normal healthy females, females with PCOS and/or hyperandrogenism, and for normal healthy males, all based on current IAAF reference ranges.
I've also added the following two lines:
1) The 'Semenya Line' shows the level below which both transgender and 46XY athletes are required to reduce their testosterone level for at least 12 months prior to them being permitted to compete in specific track events under IAAF rules.
This is the rule that will prevent Caster Semenya defending her 800m title in the upcoming Tokyo games.
2) The 'Hubbard Line' show the level below which Laurel Hubbard is required to reduce her testosterone level for 12 months, under IOC rules, in order to compete in Tokyo.
As the graph makes clear, not only are the two sets of regulations out of sync but the IOC regulations, which govern Hubbard's participation in Olympic weightlifting, would allow her to compete while maintaining a testosterone level that is still WITHIN the lower end of the normal range for a healthy male.
Regardless of what you think Hubbard's participation in the upcoming Olympics, it's clear that regulations, generally, are in a bit of a mess here.

@richwicks it's so rare as to be negligible among people who say they are "trans":

Complete androgen insensitivity syndrome affects 2 to 5 per 100,000 people who are genetically male. Partial androgen insensitivity is thought to be at least as common as complete androgen insensitivity. Mild androgen insensitivity is much less common.

I know.

But they are disproportionately represented in modelling and sports. They are rare, and they are exceptional in sports and modelling.

I think Ann Coulter has AIS, but I don't know. They can't have children.

What frustrates knowledge is they are hardly open about it, but which women in modelling and sports never have children? You can see it's a high proportion. Does Megan Rapinoe have any kids? Does Tonya Harding have any children? Top female athletes rarely have children, as a postulate, I suggest it's because they have AIS and cannot have children.

Heavily funded by left. It wasn’t an organic thing. They had to cancel a lot of people to get obedience. Pulled it back now... so obedience likely to vanish in next 6 month.
17   FortwayeAsFuckJoeBiden   2021 Jul 2, 8:40pm

Parent groups are trying to fight this garbage in schools. We are losing hard. We just get ignored, gonna need to start cancelling people on the left to get someone to listen I think.

Lying IS legal.

Did anything happen to Christine Blasey Ford? What about Elizabeth Jean Carroll - what were the consequences of her lies? How about George W. Bush Jr - find that weapons of mass destruction yet? What about Barack Obama - stop that "humanitarian crisis" that he bombed Libya over?

How about Robert Mueller? James Comey? Rachael Maddow? Adam Shiff?

All these people are blatant liars and they lie under oath, they lie to the public, and they do it with impunity.

When George W. Bush successfully lied this nation into a war over a non existent weapons of mass destruction program I thought it was the downfall of this nation. I fully believe that to be true today - this lie destroyed our nation. That enormous lie has destroyed the moral backbone of this nation. Today, it's perfectly permissible for intelligence officers, congressman, and random people who have been blessed by our government to lie to the nation - and there are no consequences.

We must become a moral nation again. I think we once were, but even if we were not ever, this is imperative to do. I have great faith in our nation, we'll go through our tribulations and we've made mistakes, we'll make more, but above all, we need to return to be a beacon. Steadily improving, recording our errors, making a better future. It's an obligation.

Democrats want to make lying MANDATORY. If you accidentally use the correct pronouns for a person who identifies as the opposite sex, California already has a law (for some healthcare workers) that will put you in jail for a year! It’s blatantly unconstitutional and won’t stand up to any sort of legal scrutiny, but it DOES CLEARLY INDICATE the direction that party wants to take us. To the point where lies are mandated, and the truth is banned.

I've probably told this story before.

One brother-in-law is a former policeman who explained to me that the police are under no obligation to tell the truth to you.

He was in a group which picked up parole violators, which can be messy if done in the traditional way. Criminals don't like to be arrested again.

So the police came up with a scheme where they simply mailed out postcards to the last known address of a hundred parole violators, telling them they had WON a free cellphone and year of service, and all they needed to do was show up at a certain address to collect it.

They literally lined up to collect their free phones, and one by one were led to the back room where they had to show ID to prove they were really a "winner", were arrested, cuffed, and stuffed into the unmarked police van in back of the building.

He said that even after being arrested and put in the van, some of them still expected to get their "free phones". Wasn't a high-IQ bunch.

Clearly so.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Ivy League says transgender swimmer Lia Thomas WILL be eligible to compete in conference championship - but new rules leave her participation in NCAA tournament in doubt
The new USA Swimming policy, to be implemented by a panel of three independent medical experts, will look to ensure that 'prior physical development of the athlete as a male ... does not give the athlete a competitive advantage over the athlete´s cisgender female competitors.'
It will also test to make sure testosterone is below a certain level - 5 nanomoles per liter continuously for at least 36 months - in transgender athletes who wish to compete against swimmers born biologically female.

Refer to chart above that I posted in July. (see 5 nmol/L line)
