Kamala looks like they have her on some kind of psyops kickapoo joy juice, because she is SO out of her league and she is clearly terrified of being in the limelight of all of the election fraud. She didn't give up her senator position until right up to the swedo inauguration. She was afraid the cavalry might swoop in on the fraud and wanted to keep a fall back Dindu position. Allowing the almighty enemy "Russia" to build their pipeline though, which benefits an "enemy" when Trump was in office.

It's the shittiest of shit shows so far. I'm hoping they can turn it around. Removing Biden from office won't help as the next in line got a token law degree because she's "black." Was not based on intelligence or merit. I'm not racist, but I've yet to encounter an intelligent black attorney dealing in over 1k real estate transactions.

What scares me the most is that the next two in line are both from CA. You guys live it. Others observe it from the outside. The fact that one of the most beautiful places and with some of the best weather on the planet are have people leave says a lot. IL or NY is one thing. And the inflation has made things look better than they actually are with most pension systems.

I have found all but a couple of real estate attorneys to be slothful and unprepared, and not particularly bright. Very entitled in attitude ,though. I remember at two separate closings where I had to correct many mistakes on the contracts, with the law firm bringing in more senior lawyers to deal with the fixes. I learned early on how lawyers are poor performers when I sold one of my first houses. A lawyer's mistake made it look like I was married to my Dad, and I had to prove otherwise before I could get the check. The only involvement my Dad had was I was using his address for correspondence, since I in the Air Force and constantly transferring.
