Senate, house, and executive branches children are first to go to any war zone.

RC2006 saysSenate, house, and executive branches children are first to go to any war zone.
LOL! Wealthy bro in law was sent to Fairbanks Alaska when drafted. Of course, Diplomatic Dad had nothing to do with it.
Now we know the dangers.
I suggest next time, the Constitution starts off with the "Bill of Unamendables"
1 Constitutional Questions must always be adjudicated with the legal philosophy of Originalism; any interpretation using other legal philosophies is invalid and illegal.
2 Women, except for widows, seniors over 65, and veterans/active service members, may not vote.
2b. Only those exceeding 65 years of age, current or former military service members, or those making at least 1/3rd the median income in any one year of two, may vote in any election. Voters must verify this status at least once every other third election, whichever is the longer. Those under 25 are prohibited from voting unless current or former military service.
3. No Fault Divorce is prohibited; divorce must be by consent or fault. Consent divorces are entirely private and are simply filed and accepted automatically in the Court.
4. Senators to be selected by the State Legislature only; direct election by the Public is prohibited.
5. No Law can be made legalizing Pedophilia or any relationships with those under 14 years of age. Homosexuality and Crossdressing is legal only within private domiciles or private clubs. There are only two genders, male and female.
6. Congress has the power to define Immigration quotas by Ethnicity or National Origin (this has never been successfully challenged, but it's definitely on the agenda)
7. No power to draft for service outside North America unless a Declaration of War, clearly defining the objectives of such War, has been passed by Congress.
8. All fines to be expressed in percentages of the average of yearly incomes of whatever source derived ("Equal Sting Clause")
9. Corporations are considered Limited Human Entities, and so may only lobby for or against regulation pertaining to their industry; they may not spend, lobby or direct funds on issues that have no direct bearing on their industry nor give money to parties generally. Corporations may only donate to politicians in jurisdictions where they have at least one office or place of employment - but NOT simply where their customers are (for Walmart, that will be almost every county due to store presence; for Google, it will be far more limited).
10. Yours here.
These would be "Unamendable" except by violent overthrow. They could not be amended in the "usual way" or by a Convention of the States.
