Like all scams it will devolve into ever increasing amounts of fraud. You see right now the people giving out the vaccines are getting paid a certain amount per jab. They are watching their revenue stream fall off a cliff as fewer and fewer people want the jab. Hence, they are preying on children. Eventually they will realize that they can simply make up the names/addresses of people they gave the jab to and nobody will check it. There is too much built in fraud for people to check. Example the vaccine makers won't check 'cause they get paid per jab and government won't check because they want to show a high vaccination rate. Hence, we will get after the fact readings that in some locals there were more vaccines given than there were people, etc.
