There is no rule and there is no spoon. I have not been wearing masks forever unless I need to go inside a private business and can't avoid getting shit elsewhere. Cumcast dispatched a tech and they kept sending spam emails and texts about 10ft distance and wearing masks in our own home. When he arrived, there was a general contractor, carpenter, electrician and us all without masks. He still did the job, so we gave him 10 ft distance. He was wearing a wooly bandana/neck gaiter, mouth and nose covered, and it was like 90 degrees outside, so probably 100 degrees and nasty shit around his face. I'm sure that's more harmful for your health than getting exposed to a few germs. Stick your "rule" where the sun don't shine!

In WA state, someone documented that the official health orders do not require masks in businesses. It's totally up to the business alone - but most of them are pretending that they masks are required.

I need to find the actual orders for CA. Or maybe it's just by county.

I really do like Glenn Greenwald. I don't agree with all of his positions certainly, but he's not a whore for either party, which 99.999% of all "journalists" are in the United States. He actually seems to have some principles.

I wonder how that was communicated to the restaurant owner.
