I don't know what you wrote supports your headline statement but I will tell you this - the Federal government is intentionally breaking up black families. A single woman is incentivized to not marry and raise the child as a single parent. There is a financial incentive to prevent black families, and that has been the case for 40 years.

Systemic racism (racism imposed by the system, by the government) does indeed exist. It's not imposed by private corporations, our government inflicts it. The bullshit about inclusivity is created to mask that fact. Donna Brazile was hired by Hillary Clinton SPECIFICALLY to commit a crime, because she was black, and her being black would deflect from that crime. Biden does the same thing with "Rachael" Levine - he's an asshole monster, but because he's trans-sexual, you're not allowed to criticize his actions. Same thing with Obama. He was black, so you were not allowed to criticize the warmongering asshole Neocon fuckbag.

When I first heard the Charlie Munger quote "Show me the incentive and I will show you the outcome" it seemed less than profound.

Great quote. It reminds me of another one I heard once. I forgot who said it, but it went something like this:

Find someone's financial motivation/incentive, and their actions will tend to magically align with it.
