I just posted this as a comment on YouTube:

This reminds me of a book published in 2019, The New Evil: Understanding the Emergence of Modern Violent Crime by Gary Brucato, PhD and Michael H. Stone, MD. The authors explain how our society sometime in the middle of the 60's, Western--and particularly American--society unwittingly traversed a critical threshold--they use the year 1965 as what they call the fulcrum. "Thereafter, profound philosophical, cultural and psychological changes within individuals and in the wider population were increasingly reflected in particularly heinous and spectacular crimes. They begin with the Watts riots of 1965 and proceed through each year, giving examples of outrageous crimes that had previously been virtually nonexistent across the long history of humankind, outside of wartime. Mass killings, two of which we've seen in the past weeks, school shootings, fetal abduction (pregnant woman killed for her unborn child), serial homicide and rape have all exploded since the 1960's and during the six decades since. While not limited to our country, these acts have been committed disproportionately in the United States and most are committed by males. This nearly 600 page book delves into the reasons for these turn of events and what the prospect is for the future."

Anyone have a non Twitter version?

I have a feeling that the linked article's idea of a mass shooting in one person getting shot.

Even the liberal hacks at Slate are admitting the obvious.

"Mass Shooters Aren’t Disproportionately White"

Their definition of mass shooting is different from that of FBI, and number of 4 people shot is pulled out of their asses.
Also, why are there more mass shootings this year than any year before? perhaps stupid lockdowns and destruction of people's lives because of a common cold can be blamed?
